Description:
Production Management System (PMS), specially developed for printing
and packaging industries, with experience from more than 150
machine-links (sheetfed, web, bookbinding, finishing) and in practical use
for years.
PMS covers one or more plants for local as well as central production
control and works as an independent but integrated shop floor data
collection application together with the MIS via bi-directional data
transfer by JDF and JMF.
PMS works with workplaces in prepress, press and postpress with main
focus on online machine data collection, ink consumption, materials,
signals for QM snap samples, packing-unit control. All with minimum
manual additions by operators.
