Prinect MetaShooter significantly enhanced the performance in the<br />

prepress process. While Prinect MetaDimension is able to generate any<br />

number of bitmaps when disengaged from the imaging unit, Prinect<br />

MetaShooter can output the TIFFB bitmaps generated by the RIP to the<br />

connected recorders. Advantages include better utilization of resources<br />

and enhanced plate coordination.<br />

Prinect MetaShooter uses the reliable TIFFB data format, the format used<br />

for storing the imposed and screened sheet. TIFFB works like a digital film,<br />

thereby ensuring absolute data security and maximum reliability.<br />
