More than 2000 sheetfed customers work with printnet PressManager<br />
solutions online with more than 4000 presses. Our customers reports<br />
about >7 percent of productivity increase, 3 hours less work per day in the<br />
press room office, approx. 90 percent of all orders sent to presses without<br />
any further treatment, as an important instrument to optimize the<br />
process organization. Customers expect press preparation as complete,<br />
automatic and as good as possible. printnet PressManager delivers not<br />
only order information and color presets but also up to 500 technical<br />
press presets like settings for feeder, printing- and coating units, air<br />
tracks, delivery, color control systems. Therefore an intelligent and<br />
automatic mechanism takes preset data from already successfully printed<br />
jobs according to the specification of the new order. In April 2008, more<br />
than 50 customers work in daily production with the <strong>JDF</strong> compatible<br />
printnet PressManager. We offer attractive solutions, also for the<br />
complete and automatic preset of presses even on a new and intelligent<br />
use of PPF data with full compatibility to <strong>JDF</strong>. Roland 700 presses are able<br />
to be updated from the year 1995.<br />

Asura facilitates error-free processing of data from any source in digital<br />
print and media production, and can prevent insecure files from<br />
burdening the production workflow. Asura can automatically open<br />
incoming PDF, XPS, JPEG and TIFF as well as interpret PostScript and EPS<br />
files (separated as well as composite) via hotfolder with user-defined<br />
queue configurations.<br />
Asura can check the contents and repair errors automatically. Once the<br />
file is processed, Asura outputs these files according to your preferred<br />
output format and settings.<br />
