Buyers desktops and the Prinect Prepress Manager. It adds secure
multifunctional web workflow and automation capabilities to the Prinect
workflow. By providing fast file uploads and downloads to and from the
Prinect Prepress Manager, and automated web-based remote soft
proofing, correction and approval workflows, both printers and their
clients can benefit from shorter lead times and shorter deadlines. Courier
and material costs are reduced significantly, and the improved mutual
communication via one central, easy to manage portal helps to reduce
errors.

HIFLEX Webshop is a unique, completely turn-key Web2Print storefront
that is fine-tuned to the needs of the print industry. A print product is
assembled by the consumer using HIFLEX Webshop's 'Dynamic Ordering
Bar,' which defines the elements of a job such as the number of pages,
color, paper, finishing, and refinement, all at lightning speed.
HIFLEX Webshop facilitates online estimating of products that the printer
defines, secure payment processing, a data upload function with
automated data check (Preflight), online proofing, order tracking, and
package tracking. Webshop can also communicate with the printing
company's third party digital presses, Management Information Systems
and a variety of prepress programs via JDF data. The system also contains
several tools for successful marketing (newsletter functionality,
voucher-system, etc.). HIFLEX Webshop automates order entry and
completely eliminates the cost of sales people, commissions and
administration.
