9. DIVIDENDS
No dividends were paid or declared since the start
of the fi nancial year. The Directors do not recommend
the payment of a dividend in respect of the year ended
30 June 2008.
10. INDEMNIFICATION OF OFFICERS
AND AUDITORS
The company has not otherwise, during or since the
fi nancial year, indemnifi ed or agreed to indemnity an offi cer
or auditor of the company or of any related body corporate
against a liability incurred as such an offi cer or auditor.
11. OPTIONS
No options over issued share or interests in the entity were
granted during or since the end of the fi nancial year and
there were no options outstanding at the date of this report.
12. DIRECTORS' BENEFITS
Neither since the end of the fi nancial year nor during the
fi nancial year has a Director received or become entitled
to receive a benefi t (other than a benefi t included in the
aggregate amount of emoluments received or due and
receivable by Directors shown in the fi nancial statements,
or the fi xed salary of a full-time employee of the company
or of a related body corporate) by reason of a contract
made by the company or a related body corporate with
a Director or with a fi rm of which the Director is a member,
or a company in which the Director has a substantial
fi nancial interest.

13. AUDITOR’S INDEPENDENCE
DECLARATION
The Directors received the attached independence
declaration from the lead auditor of Surf Life Saving
Australia Limited.
