Iniciamos el <strong>2013</strong> deseándoles a todos nuestros clientes y amigos nuestros mejores deseos,<br />
y ofr<strong>ec</strong>iéndoles, <strong>com</strong>o lo hemos h<strong>ec</strong>ho en nuestros 50 años de vida institucional, un servicio<br />
eficiente y diferenciado, con miras a mejorar la sustentabilidad de la empresa y la con<strong>ec</strong>tividad<br />
entre todos los <strong>ec</strong>uatorianos.<br />
Este año inicia con cifras positivas para TAME. Con 50 años de servicio, somos la prueba viva<br />
de que la experiencia no se improvisa. Llegamos a un total de 15 ciudades dentro del territorio<br />
nacional: Quito, Tulcán, Latacunga, Guayaquil, Cuenca, San Cristóbal, Santa Cruz, Santa Rosa,<br />
Loja, Coca, Manta, Esmeraldas, Lago Agrio, Macas y Tena, lo que nos convierte en la aerolínea<br />
con mayor cobertura en el Ecuador. Y extendemos con éxito nuestras alas a siete destinos<br />
internacionales: Bogotá, Cali, La Habana, Panamá, Caracas, Lima y Sao Paulo.<br />
Estos nuevos logros, así <strong>com</strong>o los que están por venir <strong>com</strong>o la apertura de las rutas a Buenos<br />
Aires y Nueva York, son fruto de nuestro trabajo <strong>com</strong>prometido y de la confianza de ustedes,<br />
nuestros clientes, quienes ven en TAME su primera opción de vuelo. Es por eso que esperamos<br />
para este <strong>2013</strong> un año venturoso y próspero.<br />

We begin <strong>2013</strong> wishing all of our clients and friends our best and offering themefficient<br />
service that stands above the rest, as we have done throughout our 50 years of existence as an<br />
institution, while lookingto improve sustainability and the conn<strong>ec</strong>tivity of all Ecuadorians.<br />
This year begins with the numbers in favor of TAME. With 50 years of experience, we are living<br />
proof that experience cannot be improvised. We currently travel to 15 destinations throughout<br />
Ecuador: Quito, Tulcan, Latacunga, Guayaquil, Cuenca, San Cristobal, Santa Cruz, Santa Rosa, Loja,<br />
Coca, Manta, Esmeraldas, LagoAgrio, Macas and Tena, which makes us the airline with the most<br />
expansive coverage throughout the country. Additionally, we have successfully spread our wings<br />
to seven international destinations: Bogota, Cali, La Habana, Panama, Caracas, Lima and Sao<br />
Paulo.<br />
These new achievements, along with those <strong>com</strong>ing in the near future with the opening of routes<br />
to Buenos Aires and New York, are the result of our dedication and the confidence of our clients,<br />
whom make TAME their number one option. Thus, we wish everyone an adventurous and<br />
prosperous <strong>2013</strong>.<br />
