Cómo llegar / how to get there<br />
Es una de las provincias de la Sierra<br />
<strong>ec</strong>uatoriana. Su capital, Azogues, queda a<br />
41 km de Cuenca, hasta donde llegan las<br />
aerolíneas de TAME. Posee clima de páramo<br />
en las altas mesetas y mesotérmico húmedo<br />
y semihúmedo en el interior de la provincia. /<br />
Cañar<br />
Esta provincia guarda un invaluable pasado<br />
pr<strong>ec</strong>olombino. Tan solo basta nombrar las ruinas<br />
de Ingapirca para r<strong>ec</strong>onocerlo, pero también<br />
están el Cápac Ñan (Camino del Inca) y las<br />
ruinas de Culebrillas. Azogues es considerada<br />
un patrimonio arquit<strong>ec</strong>tónico y cultural. Cuenta<br />
con bellos paisajes, un lindo centro de la ciudad,<br />
iglesias, miradores, etc. /<br />

This province is home to an invaluable Pre-<br />
Colombian past. Simply naming the Ingapirca<br />
Ruins is enough, but there is also the Cápac Ñan<br />
(Incan Trail) and the Culebrillas Ruins. Azogues<br />
is considered an archit<strong>ec</strong>tural and cultural<br />
heritage site. It offers beautiful landscapes and<br />
an amazing downtown district, with churches,<br />

cañaris. Queda a 14 Km de Cañar y 80<br />

sitios para ver la celebración indígena<br />
