S Alberi (1) realizzati in acciaio inossidabile AISI 420B, rettificati nelle sedi dei cuscinetti e della tenuta, sovradimensionati rispetto ai parametri standard di utilizzo, equilibrati dinamicamente. Motore (2) Asincrono trifase a gabbia di scoiattolo 2 poli, classe d’isolamento H(180°C). A secco, raffreddato dal liquido circostante. Grado di protezione IP68. Il motore, è progettato per lavoro continuo o intermittente, con un numero non superiore di 15 avviamenti per ora regolarmente distanziati e con un massimo squilibrio di tensione tra le fasi del 5%. Cuscinetti (3) sovradimensionati, radiali a sfere lubrificati a vita esenti da manutenzione. Camera olio (4) L’olio lubrifica e raffredda le tenute, ed emulsiona eventuali infiltrazioni di acqua. La pompa è dotata di due sistemi di tenuta per il perfetto isolamento tra il motore elettrico e il liquido pompato. Tenuta superiore: Ceramica/Grafite. Tenuta inferiore (5): meccanica, carburo di silicio. Girante poliuretano con anima in acciaio. (6) Diffusore Ghisa EN-GJL- 250 rivestito con poliuretano nelle zone di maggiore usura. Shafts (1) realized in stainless steel AISI 420B, grided down in ball bearings and mechanical seals seats, over-dimensioned respect to standard parameters of use. Motor (2) asynchronous threephase squirrel cage type, 2 poles, insulation class H(180°C). Dry motor, cooled by surrounding liquid. Protection degree IP 68. The motor is projected for continuous or intermittent operation, with a maximum of 15 starts per hour at regular intervals. The motor is projected for working with 5% maximum voltage unbalance between phases. Ball bearings (3) overdimensioned, life lubricated, maintenance free. Oil chamber (4) oil lubricates and cools the seals and emulsifies eventual water infiltrations. Chambre huile (4) L'huile lubrifie et refroidit les garnitures mécaniques et émulsionne les infiltrations d'eau éventuelles. Deux garnitures mécaniques assurent la parfaite isolation entre le moteur électrique et le liquide pompé. Garniture supérieure: céramique/carbone. Garniture inférieure (5): mécanique, carbure de silicium. Roue avec enrobage en polyuréthane et âme en acier inox - (6) diffuseur en fonte en GJL250, avec enrobage en polyuréthane sur toutes les pièces d'usure. Welle (1) aus Edelstahl AISI 420B, Lagerung und Abdichtung durch überdimensionierte Wälzlager bzw. Dichtungsträger. Wälzlager (3) überdimensioniert, dauergeschmiert und wartungsfrei. Ölkammer (4) Öl schmiert und kühlt die Dichtungen und emulgiert bei evtl. Leckage. Doppeltwirkendes Dichtsystem garantiert optimale Abdichtung zwischen Motor und Fördermedium Obere Dichtung: Gleitringdichtung Kohle / Keramik. Untere Dichtung (5): Gleitringdichtung Siliziumkarbid. Polyurethan-Laufrad mit Stahlkern - (6) Diffusor Grauguss EN-GJL- 250, beschichtet mit Polyurethan in den Bereichen mit dem größten Verschleiß. Ejes (1) realizados en acero inoxidable AISI420B, rectificado en la base de los cojinetes y base de la mecánica, sobredimensionado respecto a los parámetros estándar de uso y equilibrados dinámicamente. El motor, esta preparado para trabajar continuamente o intermitentemente, con un numero de encendidos nunca superior a 15 /ora y con un máximo desequilibrio de tensión entre las fases del 5%. Cojinetes (3) sobredimensionados, radiales y esferas lubrificados indefinidamente, sin necesidad de mantenimiento. Cámara de aceite (4) que lubrifica y enfría los precintos y emulsiona las eventuales infiltraciones de agua. La bomba está dotada de dos sistemas de sellado para el perfecto aislamiento entre el motor eléctrico y el líquido bombeado. Sellado/precintado superior: mecánica, grafito/cerámica. Sellado/precintado inferior (5): mecánica, carburo y silicio. Impulsor en poliuretano con centro de acero inoxidable - (6) Difusor en Fierro fundido EN-GJL-250, recubierto en poliuretano en las partes expuestas a alto desgaste Eixos (1) realizados em aço inoxidável AISI 420B, rectificados na sede das chumaceiras e da capacidade, sobredimensionados em relação aos parâmetros standard de uso, equilibrados dinamicamente. Motor (2) assíncrono trifásico a gaiola de esquilo com 2 polos, classe de isolamento H(180°C). A seco, arrefecido do liquido circunstante. Grau de protecção IP68. O motor é projectado para trabalho contínuo e intermitente, com um número não superior a 15 acendimentos por hora regularmente distanciados e com um máximo desiquilibrio de tensão entre as fases de 5%. Chumaceiras (3) sobredimensionados, radiais a esferas sempre lubrificados e isentes de manutenção. Câmera óleo (4) O óleo lubrifica e arrefece as contenções e emulsiona eventuais infiltrações de água. A bomba é dotada de dois sistemas de contenção para o isolamento perfeito entre o motor eléctrico e o liquido bombeado. Contenção superior: mecânica, grafite/cerâmica. Contenção inferior (5): mecânica, carboneto de silício. Impulsor em Poliuretano com núcleo em aço inox - (6) difusor de Ferro Fundido-EN-GJL-250, revestido com poliuretano nas partes sujeitas a grande desgaste. 72
