Experiencias únicas de viaje, la primordial
premisa que proporciona a sus huéspedes la

de ellos para incluirlos en futuros diseños.
Por su parte, la rubia cantante pop española
Marta Sánchez se hospedó allí, acompañada de su
madre y su hija con motivo de su asistencia como
invitada especial al reciente concierto de Elton
John en Chichén Itzá. Aprovechó también las
locaciones del hotel en diversos puntos para
realizar un ‘shooting’ de fotos para una revista
europea. Quedó fascinada con todo en el Maroma
Resort & Spa y con la grata experiencia que sólo
allí se puede vivir.
El genio de la cocina y ganador de múltiples
batallas en el “Iron Chef” televisivo Mario Batali,
quedó complacido con los sabores, aromas y
productos de la región y sobre todo, con el
cebiche ‘de la casa’, que para él ha sido el mejor
que ha probado en su vida.

recently enjoyed at the Maroma Resort & Spa by
celebrities of the stature of the famous Italian
designing duo, Domenico Dolce and Stefano
Gabbana, the Spanish singer Marta Sánchez and
the famous chef Mario Batali.
These distinguished visitors were treated like
royalty and were witnesses to the high quality of
the hotel’s facilities and services which stand out
as the most exclusive in the Riviera Maya. They
praised the privacy, peacefulness and haven of
authentic rest they found there.
The geniuses of Italian fashion and favourites
of the Hollywood stars, confessed to feeling
flattered by the inspiration they found there for
their next collection, since that was the main
reason for their trip. So much so that the
artisanal textiles and accessories made in the
local communities that they discovered in the
hotel’s boutique, left them captivated and they
purchased several of them to include them in
future designs.
For her part, the blond Spanish singer, Marta
Sánchez, stayed there, accompanied by her
mother and daughter, while attending the recent
Elton John concert in Chichen Itza as a special
guest. She also used several parts of the hotel as
locations for a photo shoot for a European
magazine. She was fascinated by everything in
the Maroma Resort and Spa and by the pleasant
experience that can only be had there.
The genius of the kitchen and winner of many
battles in the “Iron Chef” television programme,
Mario Batali, enjoyed the flavours, aromas and
products of the region and especially the “house
ceviche” which he said was the best he has ever
tasted.
