Elegante velada congregó a la alta esfera social<br />
yucateca durante la inauguración oficial del<br />
espectacular Yucatán Country Club. Unieron<br />
esfuerzos y capitales 12 empresarios conocidos de<br />
la región para concretar este proyecto que incluye<br />
impresionante campo de golf diseñado por el<br />
propio genio Jack Nicklaus y muy a la altura de los<br />
mejores del mundo. El complejo cuenta con terreno<br />
de sobra para áreas residenciales, en tres etapas,<br />
además de lagos, jardines y una casa-club moderna<br />
y lujosa. Entre las instalaciones destacan clínica de<br />
golf, la de tenis, el área deportiva y recreativa, la<br />
academia de natación Mark Spitz, gimnasio,<br />
restaurantes y bares. Para festejar en los anfitriones<br />
encabezados por Roberto Kelleher y sus socios<br />
ofrecieron cena de gala para más de mil invitados<br />
en los jardines del club.<br />
La gobernadora del estado Ivonne Ortega<br />
Pacheco, el medallista olímpico Mark Spitz y<br />
Nicklaus fueron los invitados de honor. También<br />
estaban, Katinka Kelleher, Pablo Barbachano, Gaby<br />
Lascuráin, María Cámara y Nicole Kelleher, Rosa<br />
Anette Díaz, Andrés Abraham, Ana Paula Cámara y<br />
Rafa Molina. Llegados desde el D.F., Fernando<br />
Mestre, Alberto Bailleres y Camila Stephenson.<br />

An elegant evening brought together the high<br />
society of Yucatan during the inauguration of<br />
the spectacular Yucatan Country Club. 12<br />
well known business people from the region joined<br />
forces, using their capital to complete this project,<br />
which includes an impressive, world class golf<br />
course designed by the genius Jack Nicklaus himself.<br />
The complex has ample land for residential areas, to<br />
be built in three phases, as well as lakes, gardens and<br />
a modern and luxurious club house. Most<br />
noteworthy in the facilities are the golf and tennis<br />
clinics, the sports and recreation area, the Mark Spitz<br />
swimming academy, the gymnasium, restaurants<br />
and bars. To celebrate, the hosts, headed by Roberto<br />
Kelleher and his partners, offered a gala dinner in the<br />
club gardens for more than a thousand guests.<br />
The state governor, Ivonne Ortega Pacheco, the<br />
Olympic medallist Mark Spitz and Jack Nicklaus were<br />
the guests of honour. Also present were Katinka<br />
Kelleher, Pablo Barbachano, Gaby Lascuráin, María<br />
Cámara and Nicole Kelleher, Rosa Anette Díaz,<br />
Andrés Abraham, Ana Paula Cámara and Rafa<br />
Molina. Fernando Mestre, Alberto Bailleres and<br />
Camila Stephenson also flew in for the event from<br />
Mexico City.<br />
