ANTECEDENTES<br />
A. Se consi<strong>de</strong>ra importante, como aspecto <strong>de</strong> bienestar, dar el apoyo al<br />
estudiante y al graduado en la inserción laboral, por tanto esta unidad<br />
también realiza activida<strong>de</strong>s que permitan ser un nexo entre la<br />
universidad y la empresa, <strong>de</strong> tal forma que se pueda lograr<br />
ubicar laboralmente a nuestro mejor recurso que son los estudiantes<br />
y graduados. Si bien es cierto gran población estudiantil que inició<br />
sus estudios en la universidad es trabajadora, también es importante<br />
conocer que habrá nuevas generaciones que no hayan tenido esta<br />
experiencia.<br />
DESARROLLO<br />
A. Tomando en consi<strong>de</strong>ración las activida<strong>de</strong>s <strong>de</strong>l programa <strong>de</strong> inserción<br />
laboral, se han establecido dos activida<strong>de</strong>s básicas, tales como,<br />
Banco laboral y la Feria <strong>de</strong> Inserción laboral la misma que no se<br />
<strong>de</strong>sarrolló en diciembre en su segunda edición, está siendo<br />
reprogramada para marzo <strong>de</strong>l 2016.<br />
