Panchita de Veracruz on Carrollton Avenue<br />
If you have yet to try the food at Panchita de<br />
Veracruz Criolla Cuisine, you are missing out on<br />
some of the most exquisite Mexican Creole food<br />
in town. Ana Francisca Delgado, better known<br />
as Panchita, owns this restaurant that has served<br />
typical delicious dishes from her homeland on<br />
the eastern coast of Mexico since 2010.<br />
Tasty dishes like Enchiladas de Mole, Tacos,<br />
Flautas, Tamales, and many more use her<br />
mother’s original recipes, and Panchita is proud<br />
to serve them from her kitchen.<br />

at 1434 S. Carrolton Ave. in New Orleans.<br />
They are open daily from 11 AM to 8:30 PM.<br />

criollas mexicanas más exquisitas de la ciudad. Ana<br />
Francisca Delgado, más conocida como Panchita, es la<br />
dueña de este restaurante que desde el 2010 ha deleitado<br />
a sus clientes con deliciosos platos típicos de su tierra natal<br />
en la costa oriental de México, tales como enchiladas de<br />
mole, tacos, flautas, tamales, entre muchos más, hechos<br />
con las recetas originales de su mamá, que orgullosamente<br />
comparte desde su cocina.<br />
