Country Manager
Finland
IN SUMMARY
As a Country Manager you will be
responsible for our offices in Turku & Kotka
and sales activities in Finland.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Responsible for the offices and its employees.
• Responsible for sales and key-account management in Finland
• Develop new businesses, products and markets.
• Exchange information with clients, agents, sub-contractors and warehouse.
• Negotiations with Finnish clients and suppliers.
• Register failings or damages and report them to the Quality Manager and the
Claims Manager according to ISO-9001 and ISO-14001 standards.
• Responsible for payments to Finnish suppliers.
• Reports to the General Manager at H.Q. in Belgium
KNOWLEDGE
• You have a proven knowledge about the
domestic and international transport and forwarding market.
• Hands-on Manager, you are used to solve issues when they occur.
• Very good knowledge about sales in the European transport market.
• Perfect knowledge of the English language, both oral and in writing.
• You are used to work in a team with multifunctional and multicultural background.
• You have very good knowledge about the transport modes and regulations, specific to
the job (customs, IMCO, ADR goods, documentation, ISO and SQAS certificates);
• Microsoft Office and other frequent used computer programs have no secrets for you.
