I freni in dotazione ai riduttori<br />

epicicloidali SOM sono di tipo<br />

idraulico, con dischi a bagno<br />

d’olio, adatti esclusivamente<br />

alla frenatura statica, ovvero di<br />

parcheggio.<br />

I freni hanno la lubrificazione<br />

separata da quella <strong>de</strong>l riduttore<br />

epicicloidale. In fase di immissione<br />

<strong>de</strong>l lubrificante bisognerà<br />

quindi provve<strong>de</strong>re anche al<br />

riempimento <strong>de</strong>l freno, mediante<br />

un apposito foro adduzione<br />

olio posto sullo stesso.<br />

Il lubrificante consigliato è un<br />

ISO VG 32. Normalmente possono<br />

andar bene gli olii idraulici.<br />

The lubrication for the brakes is<br />

separated from the lubrication<br />

of the planetary gear units.<br />

Thus, during the lubricant inlet<br />

phase, it is necessary to pour<br />

the fluid also into the brake through<br />

the proper hole mounted on<br />

its casing.<br />

We suggest to use lubricant<br />

ISO VG 32 (however, hydraulic<br />

lubricants can be used as well).<br />

Les freins dont sont équipés les<br />

réducteurs planétaires SOM<br />

sont du type hydraulique, avec<br />

disques en bain d’huile, appropriés<br />

exclusivement pour le freinage<br />

statique, c’est à dire <strong>de</strong><br />

stationnement.<br />

Les freins ont une lubrification<br />

séparée <strong>de</strong> celle du réducteur<br />

planétaire. Lors <strong>de</strong> l’introduction<br />

du lubrifiant, il est donc nécessaire<br />

d’introduire <strong>de</strong> l’huile par<br />

le trou pratiqué sur le corps du<br />

frein.<br />

Il est conseillé d’utiliser du lubrifiant<br />

ISO VG 32 (on peut utiliser<br />

normalement <strong>de</strong>s huiles hydrauliques).<br />

Fuer die SOM - Planetengetriebe<br />

stehen hydraulische Fe<strong>de</strong>rdruck-<br />

Lamellenbremsen zur<br />

Verfuegung. Diese sind ausschliesslich<br />

als statische Haltebremsen<br />

ausgelegt.<br />

Die Lamellen liegen im Oelbad,<br />

das vom Oelkreislauf <strong>de</strong>s <strong>Getriebe</strong>s<br />

getrennt ist. Deshalb ist<br />

beim Befuellen darauf zu achten,<br />

dass <strong>de</strong>r Schmierstoff direkt<br />

in <strong>de</strong>n Bremskoerper gegeben<br />

wird.<br />

In <strong>de</strong>r Regel koennen Hydraulikoele<br />

verwen<strong>de</strong>t wer<strong>de</strong>n. Empfohlener<br />

Schmierstoff: ISO VG<br />
