Versatile formula
Sedersi, appoggiare, arredare: CU2 nasce
come un progetto universale per risolvere
molteplici necessità e soddisfare un
grande numero di utenti, offrendo la
possibilità di creare le più diverse
composizioni, con estrema facilità. Perciò
è realizzato con un procedimento
particolare che unisce leggerezza e
solidità. Si parte da un singolo foglio di
laminato idrorepellente che viene
sagomato e inserito in uno stampo, per poi
essere riempito a iniezione con poliuretano
espanso. Il tutto viene successivamente
estratto dallo stampo e completato con
due fianchi sagomati, sempre in laminato
idrorepellente (1): una caratteristica che
rende più durevole il mobile e più facile la
sua pulizia.
With its versatile format, you can use it to
sit on, as top or for decor: CU2 has been
designed as a versatile element to meet a
variety of requirements and satisfy a large
number of users, making it really easy to
create different arrangements. It has been
made according to a special process that
provides lightness and sturdiness. A single
sheet of water-resistant laminate is shaped
and inserted in a mould, and then
injection-filled with expanded
polyurethane. This is then removed from
the mould and completed with two shaped
sides, also in water-resistant laminate (1): a
feature that makes the element
long-lasting and easier to clean.
Zum Sitzen, Anlehnen, Einrichten: CU2
entsteht aus einem Universalentwurf, der
zur Lösung vielseitiger Ansprüche und für
eine große Anzahl von Nutzern entwickelt
wurde und die Möglichkeit bietet, mit
extremer Mühelosigkeit völlig
verschiedenartige Zusammenstellungen zu
schaffen. Seine Herstellung erfolgt mit
einem besonderen Verfahren, das
Leichtigkeit und Stärke miteinander
vereint. Es beginnt mit einer einzelnen,

Wasser abweisenden Laminatfolie, die
nach der Fassonierung in eine Form
eingesetzt wird, in die anschließend
Polyurethanschaumstoff eingespritzt wird.
Das so entstandene Modul wird dann aus
der Form genommen und mit zwei
fassonierten Seitenteilen aus Wasser
abweisendem Laminat ergänzt (1). Ein
Merkmal, das dem Möbel Langlebigkeit
und eine pflegeleichte Oberfläche verleiht.
Fórmula versátil, para sentarse, apoyar
objetos, decorar...CU2 nace como un
proyecto universal para resolver múltiples
necesidades y satisfacer a un gran número
de usuarios, dado que ofrece la
posibilidad de crear las más variadas
composiciones con suma facilidad. Está
realizado con un procedimiento particular
que combina ligereza y solidez. Se parte
de una hoja única de laminado repelente al
agua, perfilada e introducida en un molde
que se rellena por inyección con
poliuretano expandido. A continuación se
extrae el producto del molde y se
completa con dos costados con forma (1),
también de laminado repelente al agua,
una característica que hace que el mueble
resulte más duradero y fácil de limpiar.
S’asseoir, poser, meubler: CU2 est né en
tant que projet universel pour résoudre de
nombreuses nécessités et satisfaire un
grand nombre d’utilisateurs en leur offrant
la possibilité de créer les compositions les
plus variées et ceci avec une facilité
extrême. C’est pour cela qu’il a été réalisé
à l’aide d’un processus tout particulier
alliant légèreté et solidité: on prend une
simple feuille en stratifié hydrofuge, on la
façonne et on l’introduit dans un moule qui
est ensuite rempli de polyuréthane
expansé. On retire ensuite cet ensemble
du moule et on le complète par deux côtés
façonnés toujours en stratifié hydrofuge
(1): une caractéristique qui rend le meuble
plus durable et qui facilite son nettoyage.
