4.1 Garanzia per i paesi dell’Unione
Europea
Il sistema TST Remote Control Marzocchi (TST
RC) nuovo è garantito esente da difetti di
conformità originali per la durata di 2 (due) anni
decorrenti dalla data di acquisto, conformemente
a quanto disposto dalla direttiva europea 99/44/
EC.
Costituisce prova della data di decorrenza della
garanzia, lo scontrino di acquisto o l’eventuale
certificato di garanzia allegato al prodotto,
timbrato e datato dal Rivenditore Marzocchi.
Nel caso in cui un difetto di conformità si
manifestasse entro il suddetto periodo, il Cliente
dovrà consegnare il prodotto al Rivenditore
Marzocchi dal quale lo aveva acquistato,
descrivendogli il difetto e le ragioni della richiesta
di intervento in garanzia.
Il Rivenditore provvederà ad avvisare il Cliente
allorquando il prodotto sia stato riparato o
sostituito.
1. ESCLUSIONI: La presente garanzia non
copre le non conformità successive
all’acquisto, quale quelle causate da
incidenti, modifiche, negligenza, uso
incorretto o improprio od abuso, mancata
esecuzione di una ragionevole ed adeguata
manutenzione, montaggio incorretto,
riparazioni non eseguite correttamente o
sostituzione di parti ed accessori non
conformi alle specifiche fornite da Marzocchi
S.p.A., modifiche non consigliate od
approvate per iscritto da Marzocchi S.p.A.,
4.1 Warranty For Eu Countries
Marzocchi S.p.a. warrants that its TST Remote
Control (TST RC) is free from original conformity
defects throughout a period of two (2) years from
the date of the purchase, in accordance with
Directive 99/44/EC.
The retail invoice or, if any, the warranty
certificate dated and stamped by Marzocchi
retailer, enclosed with the product, prove the
commencement date of the warranty.
In the event of a conformity defect within the
aforesaid term, the purchaser should return the
product to the Marzocchi retailer where he/she
bought it, illustrating the defect and the reasons
of the warranty claim.
The retailer will inform the purchaser when the
product has been repaired or replaced.
1. NOT COVERED: This warranty does not
cover non-conformity defects after the
purchase, such as damage resulting from
accidents, alteration, neglect, misuse, abuse,
improper use, improper assembly, repairs
improperly performed, replacement parts or
accessories not conforming to Marzocchi
S.p.A.’s specifications, modifications not
recommended or approved in writing by
Marzocchi S.p.A., activities such as
acrobatics, stunt jumping, ramp riding,
racing, commercial use, competitive use, use
