La société, crééeen 1988, compte une vingtaine de collaborateursqui travaillent au siège à Lausanne et dans lessuccursales de Givisiez et Vevey.Qui sont vos clients?Ce sont principalement les collectivités publiques et les grandes sociétés.Nous avons décroché il y a 5 ans un très gros mandat pour SwisscomFixnet pour lequel nous devions assainir les 250 bâtiments que l'entreprisepossédait en Suisse romande. Aujourd'hui, la moitié du travail est faite.Nous avons aussi quelques particuliers, notamment pour établir desconcepts de basse conception d'énergie comme Minergie. En toutactuellement, nous avons plus de 200 mandats en cours de réalisation.Quelles sont vos spécificités?Notre spécialité est l'assainissement de bâtiments et d'installations existantsen exploitation. Nous devons rénover les bâtiments au niveau desinstallations techniques tout en les gardant accessibles et fonctionnels.Ce qui a été le cas par exemple pour la rénovation des équipements declimatisation pour les salles de traitement du CHUV. Ces cas pluscomplexes représentent 50% de notre activité.Nous sommes également spécialisés dans le conseil en développementdurable, particulièrement pour le recours aux énergies renouvelables,telles que pompes à chaleur, énergie solaire ou géothermie.Nous sommes également experts pour établir le certificat énergétiquecantonal des bâtiments, mis en place par la Confédération début août.Comme pour les appareils électriques, il y aura une classification desbâtiments selon leur consommation d'énergie. Ce classement permettraau propriétaire de voir à quel endroit il peut procéder à un assainissementpour économiser de l'énergie.Quelle est votre philosophie?Notre philosophie est basée sur une écoute attentive des besoins de nosclients pour nous assurer de leur entière satisfaction. Thecompany was set up in 1988 and has a workforceof twenty based at head office in Lausanne andat branches in Givisiez and Vevey.Who are your clients?Mainly public bodies and large companies. Five years ago we won avery large contract for Swisscom Fixnet in which we had to restore thecompany’s 250 buildings in the French-speaking area of Switzerland.Today, half of the work has been done. We also have a number ofindividual clients, in particular for establishing energy-saving conceptssuch as “Minergie” or “minimum energy”. All in all, we are currentlyworking on more than 200 contracts.What are your specialities?We specialize in the restoration of buildings and existing installationswhile they are in use. We renovate the buildings by updating thetechnical installations while keeping them accessible and operating.This was the case for example when we renovated the air-conditioningequipment in the treatment rooms of Lausanne University HospitalCHUV. These more complex cases make up 50% of our business.We also specialize in consultancy for sustainable development, particularlyin the use of renewable energies, such as heat pumps, solar energy, andgeothermal energy.We are also experts for establishing cantonal energy certification forbuildings, which was introduced by the Swiss Confederation at thebeginning of August. As with electrical equipment, buildings will beclassified according to their energy consumption.
