Theelectric motor is not protectedfrom dust and water.- Do not use the machine formetering products having uncertaincomposition, those thatare chemically aggressive, inflammableor, in any case, hazardousfor the machine or theoperator.- Do not use the machine in theopen as it may be exposed touncertain weather and strongtemperature variations.- Do not install near the machineelectronic systems like computersor other equipment, whichcan create disturbance for theload cell signals. Insbesondere gilt folgendes:- Die Dosierer nicht benutzen,wenn sie nicht korrekt installiertworden sind, und die Maschinennicht betätigen, wenndie Antriebsgruppe nicht mechanischam Rest des Dosierersbefestigt worden ist.- Die Dosierer nicht mit beschädigtenoder nicht ganz sauberenDosierschnecken benutzen.In diesem Fall werden dievolle Dosierfähigkeit und dieGleichmäßigkeit der Fördermengennicht gewährleistet.- Die Maschinen nicht als Abstützstellebenutzen, auchwenn sie nicht laufen. Dieskann nicht nur zum Abstürzen,sondern auch zu Schäden ander Maschine führen.- Nicht am Elektromotor oder ananderen elektrische Komponentenarbeiten, wenn mannicht zuvor die Stromversorgungder Maschine unterbrochenhat. Sonst besteht dieGefahr elektrischer Schläge.- Die Maschine nicht mit unterDruck stehendem Wasser abspritzen.Der Elektromotor istnicht gegen Staub und Wassergeschützt.- Keine Produkte dosieren, derenZusammensetzung zweifelhaftist, die chemisch aggressiv,brennbar oder auf jedenFall gefährlich für die Maschineoder den Bediener sind.- Die Maschinen nicht im Freienbenutzen, wo sie der Witterungund Wechseltemperaturenausgesetzt wären.- In der Nähe der Maschine keineelektronischen Vorrichtungenwie Rechner oder ähnlicheGeräte installieren, den diesekönnten Störsignale für dieLadezellen erzeugen. Dans ce cas la pleinecapacité de dosage et l’uniformitédes débits ne sont pas garantis- ne pas exploiter les machinescomme point d’appui même sielles ne sont pas en état demarche. Outre les chutes désastreuses,on risque de lesendommager- ne pas intervenir sur le moteurélectrique ou sur tout autrecomposant électrique sansavoir d’abord débranché lamachine de la ligne d’alimentationélectrique pour éviter le risqued’électrocution- ne pas laver la machine avecun jet d’eau sous pression. In questocaso non si garantisce pienacapacità di dosaggio e uniformitàdi portate- non sfruttare le macchinecome punto di appoggio anchese non funzionanti. Oltre a rovinosecadute, si rischia il danneggiamentodelle stesse- non intervenire sul motore elettricoo su qualsiasi altro componenteelettrico senza averein precedenza scollegato lemacchine dalla linea di alimentazioneelettrica per evitare ilrischio di folgorazione- non lavare le macchine con ungetto d’acqua in pressione. Ilmotore elettrico non è protettodalla polvere e dall’acqua- non dosare prodotti di dubbiacomposizione, aggressivi chimicamente,infiammabili o comunquepericolosi per la macchinao per l’operatore stesso- non utilizzare le macchine all’aperto,ove possa essereesposta alle intemperie e a fortisbalzi di temperatura- non installare nei pressi dellemacchine sistemi elettronicicome computer o altro che possanocreare disturbi ai segnalidella cella di carico. Inoltre leggereattentamente le prescrizionidi sicurezza riportate alcapitolo dell’uso e al capitolodella manutenzione.
