Lors de sa conception, l’Ineos Club House a été
doté de systèmes innovants de gestion de l’air, été
comme hiver, pour économiser l’énergie nécessaire
au chauffage et à la climatisation. Avant-gardiste il
y a quatre ans, ce choix est devenu stratégique au
regard de la crise énergétique actuelle. Un ensemble
de 28 puits est implanté sous le bâtiment, à près de
100 mètres de profondeur, afin d’utiliser l’énergie
géothermique du sous-sol. L’installation est
complétée par un « air cooling système » réversible.
La chaleur captée en hiver est « rendue » durant les
périodes chaudes afin de créer un équilibre.
Afin d’optimiser l’ensemble, l’Ineos Club House
dispose d’une gestion technique centralisée (GTC)
pour le chauffage et l’éclairage, qui varient en
fonction de l’utilisation et la fréquentation des pièces.
Pour autant, le Club des Sports de Courchevel
participera à l’effort de sobriété demandé aux
particuliers et aux entreprises cet hiver.
The Ineos Club House in Courchevel was designed with
innovative air flow systems to save on heating and air
conditioning. Pioneering when it was designed, it has
become strategic in the current energy crisis. Twentyeight
wells were installed underneath the building, at
a depth of around 100m, so that the geothermal energy
from underground could be used. The air-cooling system
is reversible: the heat captured in winter is “given back”
during warmer periods. In order to optimise the system’s
productivity, the Ineo Club House’s heating and lighting
are centralised so they can be adapted to the number of
people using the rooms. Courchevel Club des Sports is
also adhering to the energy-saving guidelines set up for
the resort’s individuals and businesses this winter.
