LAPORAN DARI DEWAN KOMISARIS
Para Pemegang Saham Yang Terhormat,
Satu tahun telah datang dan pergi, dan kami datang
ke hadapan anda untuk melaporkan upaya-upaya
kami dalam mencapai kemakmuran dan mengejar
kemajuan.
Pada kesempatan pengajuan Laporan Tahunan PT
Kresna Graha Sekurindo Tbk Tahun 2012 ini, kami ingin
menyampaikan salam serta harapan terbaik kami, atas
nama seluruh Dewan Komisaris. Ini adalah Laporan
Tahunan pertama kami sejak berpindah ke Kantor
Pusat yang baru di Sudirman Central Business District,
Jakarta, dan yang kami yakin akan menginspirasi
upaya-upaya lebih besar lagi dari semua Kresnan.
Walaupun tentunya proyeksi keuntungan optimitis
kami belum dapat tercapai di tahun 2012, kami dapat
menyatakan bahwa hasil pencapaian Perseroan secara
keseluruhan masih tergolong memuaskan, lebih baik
dari tahun 2011, dan kami memuji Dewan Direksi atas
berbagai upaya mereka untuk memperkuat Kresna
Securities sebagai pemimpin pasar yang dinamis
dalam industri sekuritas di Indonesia.
Saat ini kapitalisasi pasar Perseroan berada pada
sekitar Rp 871.6 milyar. Perseroan memiliki kas yang
besar dalam bentuk tunai untuk kebutuhan darurat
bilamana terjadi kesempatan langka di pasar.
Kinerja kami yang stabil serta kemajuan ke arah
yang semakin baik adalah berkat sebagian usaha
yang tidak dapat disepelekan dari Dewan Direksi,
yang komitmennya terhadap strategi pertumbuhan
Perseroan telah dibayar dengan mahal, khususnya
di perguruan-perguruan tinggi, dengan kelompokkelompok
investor, melalui pusat-pusat peradaban
baik di kota-kota besar maupun di kepulauan terluar;
Kami juga ingin mengakui berbagai upaya Dewan
Direksi untuk menggali peluang-peluang bisnis baru
dan menerapkan inovasi, sambil dengan berhati-hati
memperluas portofolio bisnis kami.
Dear Valued Shareholders,
Another year has come and go, and we come before
you to report on our efforts to generate prosperity and
pursue progress.
On the occasion of our submission of the 2012 Annual
Report of PT Kresna Graha Sekurindo Tbk, I would like
to send along greetings and convey best wishes, on
behalf of the entire Board of Commissioners. This is the
first Annual Report we have presented since moving
into brand-new Headquarters in Jakarta’s Sudirman
Central Business District, and we are confident this will
inspire even greater efforts from all Kresnans.
Although certain of our optimistic profit projections
were not met in year 2012, we may still state the overall
results as satisfactory, ahead of those for 2011, and
we commend the Board of Directors for their efforts to
confirm Kresna Securities as a dynamic market leader
for the securities industry in Indonesia.
The current market capitalization of the Company
stands at approximately 871.6 Billion IDR. The
Company has a large amount in cash for emergency
purposes in case a rare opportunity in the market.
Our steady performance and progress upward is due
in no small part to the diligent efforts of the Board
of Directors, whose commitment to the Company’s
growth strategy has paid off handsomely, particularly
in universities, with investor groups, through major
urban centers as well as the outer islands; I also would
like to recognize the Board of Director’s efforts to
explore new business opportunities and implement
innovation, while prudently expanding our business
portfolio.
