Accelerated Specialist Program<br />

Accelerated Specialist Program merupakan<br />

pengembangan tenaga kerja muda (fresh<br />

graduates) untuk dipersiapkan menjadi<br />

trader dan marketer profesional, serta<br />

pemimpin masa depan <strong>Kresna</strong> <strong>Securities</strong>.<br />

Pengembangan difokuskan pada<br />

kemampuan teknis trading, keterampilan<br />

interpersonal, dan kepemimpinan. Program<br />

yang dimulai pada awal tahun 2012 ini<br />

telah mencetak 2 angkatan dan akan terus<br />

berlanjut untuk tahun-tahun berikutnya.<br />

Kesempatan mengikuti program<br />

pengembangan ini tidak hanya terbuka<br />

melalui jalur rekrutmen eksternal, tetapi<br />

juga bagi karyawan internal Perseroan yang<br />

direkomendasikan oleh manajemen memiliki<br />

potensi untuk program tersebut.<br />

Perseroan pun turut mendukung setiap<br />

karyawan untuk memperoleh sertifikasi atau<br />

lisensi jasa keuangan sesuai dengan jenis<br />

pekerjaan masing-masing.<br />

Accelerated Specialist Program<br />

The Accelerated Specialist Program<br />

is a developmental exercise for fresh<br />

graduates, to prepare them to become<br />

professional traders or marketers – and<br />

also future leaders of <strong>Kresna</strong> <strong>Securities</strong>.<br />

Training focuses on technical trading skills,<br />

interpersonal skills and leadership skills.<br />

The program, which only began in early<br />

2012, has graduated two batches and will<br />

continue through coming years.<br />

The opportunity to join this development<br />

program is not only open through external<br />

recruitment, but also for internal employees<br />

who demonstrate potential for the program,<br />

as recommended by management.<br />

The Company also encourages every<br />

employee to obtain appropriate certificates<br />

or licenses in financial services, in<br />

accordance with the specific duties he or<br />

she is assigned with.<br />
