TANGGUNG JAWAB SOSIAL PERSEROAN
Sebagai Perusahaan sekuritas lokal
berstandar internasional, Kresna Securities
tidak pernah melupakan tanggung jawabnya
untuk memberikan kontribusi sosial, baik
kepada bangsa Indonesia pada khususnya
maupun masyarakat global pada umumnya.
Jiwa nasionalisme yang tinggi mendorong
Kresna Securities untuk terus berinovasi
dalam melakukan berbagai kegiatan
Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perseroan (CSR)
yang tepat sasaran.
Tema CSR tahun ini menyorot dua
permasalahan penting yang terjadi secara
lokal dan global, yaitu minimnya pendidikan
di Indonesia (khususnya di bidang pasar
modal) dan pemanasan global.
Untuk membantu mengatasi permasalahan
lokal, Kresna Securities mengambil inisiatif
dalam bentuk program pelatihan dan
pendidikan cara mengelola keuangan
dan berinvestasi di pasar modal secara
berkelanjutan, baik melalui Sekolah Pasar
Modal (bekerjasama dengan Bursa Efek
Indonesia), Pojok Bursa di berbagai institusi
pendidikan, forum-forum ekonomi dan
sosial, maupun melalui media massa.
Kegiatan CSR berbentuk pendidikan pasar
modal ini merupakan bentuk kepedulian
Kresna Securities terhadap keadaan
ekonomi masyarakat Indonesia khususnya
Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM), yang belum
dapat merasakan peningkatan ekonomi
Indonesia sebagai buah dari investasi.
As a local securities company adhering to
world-class standards, Kresna Securities
never abandons its responsibility to deliver
a contribution back to society, particularly
to the average citizens of Indonesia, and
also to the global community at large.
Kresna Securities’ high spirit of nationalism
encourages the company to continue to
innovate through a variety of Corporate
Social Responsibility (CSR) activities, which
have proved to be right on target.
Our CSR theme this year focuses on two
issues of both local and global importance:
first, the lack of adequate educational
facilities in Indonesia (especially in the capital
market sector) and second, the issue of
global warming.
In order to address the local issue, Kresna
Securities took the initiative, to form and host
training and educational programs, on an
ongoing basis, focusing on how an investor
should manage his or her finances, and
how to pursue a wise investment strategy in
the stock market. This is achieved through
Sekolah Pasar Modal Program (held in
coordination with the Indonesia Stock
Exchange), the establishment of ‘IDX Corners’
in various educational institutions, social and
economic forums, and through educational
columns on programing the mass media.
Such CSR activities involving capital market
education represent Kresna Securities’
concern towards the economic awareness
of the Indonesia people, particularly those
involved in Small to Medium Enterprises
(SMEs), few of whom have benefited from
Indonesia’s economic upgrade as a direct
result of investing in capital markets.
