PERJANJIAN-PERJANJIAN DAN KOMITMENYANG SIGNIFIKAN (lanjutan)u. Dalam rangka memenuhi peraturanpertambangan yang dikeluarkan olehpemerintah, Perusahaan berkewajiban untukmerestorasi lahan tambang denganmenyiapkan dan menyerahkan rencanarestorasi tahunan untuk periode 5 tahunkepada Departemen Energi dan Sumber DayaMineral. Perusahaan telah membuatpenyisihan untuk beban restorasi lahan bekastambang masing-masing sebesarRp27.554.813.064 dan Rp28.150.981.626pada tanggal 31 Maret 2009 dan 2008 yangdisajikan sebagai bagian dari “Kewajiban TidakLancar - Penyisihan untuk PembongkaranAset Tetap dan Restorasi Lahan BekasTambang” pada neraca konsolidasi.v. Pada bulan Juni 2004, Perusahaanmenandatangani “Prototype Carbon FundEmission Reductions Purchase Agreement”(Perjanjian) dengan International Bank forReconstruction and Development, yangbertindak sebagai “Trustee” dari PrototypeCarbon Fund (PCF). PCF merupakan danayang dikelola oleh Bank Dunia mewakili enam(6) negara dan tujuh belas (17) perusahaan.Seperti yang disebutkan dalam Perjanjian,Perusahan akan berusaha untuk menjalankanproyek yang diharapkan dapat mengurangiemisi gas rumah kaca (Proyek). Proyektersebut terdiri dari dua komponen, yaitu:• Memproduksi semen tipe baru denganmenggunakan bahan tambahan(“additive”) yang lebih banyak (ProyekSemen Campuran)• Menggunakan bahan bakar alternatifuntuk pembakaran di mesin kiln (ProyekBahan Bakar Alternatif).Berdasarkan kondisi dan persyaratan yangtercantum dalam Perjanjian, Perusahaanharus menghasilkan Reduksi Gas RumahKaca (“Greenhouse Gases (GHG) Reduction”)dalam jumlah minimum dari Proyek danmenyerahkan reduksi emisi (“EmissionReductions (ERs)”) sehubungan denganReduksi GHG tersebut kepada Trusteedengan jumlah volume 3 juta ton denganharga seperti yang tercantum dalamPerjanjian.24. SIGNIFICANT AGREEMENTS ANDCOMMITMENTS (continued)u. In compliance with the mining regulationsissued by the government, the Company isobliged to restore the mined area by preparingand submitting an annual restoration plan for aperiod of 5 years to the Department of Energyand Mineral Resources. The Company hasmade provision for recultivation amounting toRp27,554,813,064 and Rp28,150,981,626 asof March 31, 2009 and 2008, respectively,which is presented as part of “Non-currentLiabilities - Provision for Dismantling Costsand Recultivation” in the consolidated balancesheets.v. In June 2004, the Company entered into a“Prototype Carbon Fund Emission ReductionsPurchase Agreement” (Agreement) with theInternational Bank for Reconstruction andDevelopment, in its capacity as a trustee(“Trustee”) of the Prototype Carbon Fund(PCF). The PCF is a World Bank-administeredfund representing six (6) countries andseventeen (17) companies.As stated in the Agreement, the Companyagreed to undertake to carry out a projectwhich is expected to result in the reduction ofgreenhouse gas emissions (the Project). TheProject is composed of two components asfollows:• Introduction of a new type of cementwhich contains a higher proportion ofadditive materials (Blended CementProject)• Use of alternative fuels in clinker burning(Alternative Fuel Project).Subject to the terms and conditions of theAgreement, the Company shall generate aminimum number of Greenhouse Gases(GHG) Reductions from the Project andtransfer the Emission Reductions (ERs)corresponding to these GHG Reductions to theTrustee with a total volume of 3 million tons atthe price as stipulated in the Agreement.80
