5.2.2 EVERY MONTH<br />

• Check the grease and wear state of the chains and the integrity of their fixage through the front side of each column after having taken the<br />

platform to maximum height. If necessary, lubricate with grease and in case of wear replace with new versions of the same piece.<br />

• Check that the hoist screw set is tightly sealed.<br />

• Check hydraulic seal; tighten loosened connectors where necessary.<br />

• Check that the hydraulic hoses are in good state. Replace damaged parts with original components when necessary.<br />

• Check that the pivots, rollers, bushings, saddle-arms frame and their extensions are greased well and in good state; if necessary, replace the<br />

damaged parts with original components.<br />

5.2.3 EVERY 200 HOURS<br />

• Replace oil in the hydraulic system, discharging the old one out of the pump and clean oil filter. Refer to the respective spare parts table enclosed<br />

in this manual for this operation. A correct performance of these operations will totally come to the user's advantage. The equipment will<br />

indeed be in perfect state when work is resumed.<br />

5.3 EMERGENCY HYDRAULIC PUMP<br />

By request it is possible to install an emergency hydraulic pump in case of electricity failures or (as described in paragraph 4.5 “Emergency lowering”)<br />

to solve problems caused by occasional blockages in the lowering system.<br />
