MATERIALI NATURALI ASSEMBLATI A SECCO
— DRY ASSEMBLED NATURAL MATERIALS
ottenere in soli 20 cm ottime prestazioni a livello d’isolamento
termico.
In
calore penetri dalle facciate.
il comfort all’interno dell’abitazione senza necessità
Energy efficiency is one of the most relevant characteristics
of the project: the considerable thickness of the
insulation and the use of timber for the structure allow
to obtain in only 20 cm an ideal performance for thermal
insulation. Wool, with a factor of 0,04 W/m 2 K, together
with the use of low-emission double glazing, bring the
average thermal transmittance of the building’s skin
close to 0,2 W/m 2 K.
Particular attention has been given to the solar captation
system during the winter and to the study of a ventilation
system with heat recovery with a f 70% efficiency
which, together with the envelop, reduces the building’s
consumption to 9 KWh/m 2 per year. From a financial
point of view this can be translated in less than 200 euros
of heating costs.
During the summer the thickness of the insulation
combined with the ventilated roof and with the fixed and
mobile protection systems of the openings avoids that
the heat penetrates the facades. The mechanical ventilation
with heat recovery and a Canadian well ensure the
internal comfort without the need of cold air.
The construction system is entirely dry assembled
with 100% recyclable materials, with considerable water
savings, reduced waste and very quick installation times.
The disassembly process has also been design to allow
the re-sue of entire panels.
Anche le finiture
interne e gli arredi
sono caratterizzati
dall’uso quasi
esclusivo del legno
Internal finishes
and furniture
are also characterised
by the almost exclusive
use of timber
