Παρά τη μικρή τιμή της γωνίας ανύψωσης οι μέσες στάθμες των
λαμβανομένων σημάτων βρίσκονται γενικά σε ανιχνεύσιμα όρια. Συνεπώς μπορούμε
να πούμε ότι είναι δυνατή η λειτουργία των συστημάτων HAPs στην αγροτική ζώνη
RAC. Ωστόσο οι κατασκευαστές οφείλουν να είναι ιδιαίτερα προσεκτικοί με τις μικρές
γωνίες ανύψωσης που γενικά δυσκολεύουν τις μεταδόσεις και κάνουν το σύστημα πιο
ευάλωτο σε παρεμβολές.
