plot or the subplot.<br />
A simple “scene card” might look something like this<br />
INT. CAPTAIN COX’S OFFICE - DAY<br />
Captain Cox wants to know if Police Officer<br />
Nick needs time off. After all, it’s the first<br />
time he’s killed someone. Nick won’t hear of<br />
it. No desk duty for him.<br />
Outside, protesters.<br />
Captain Cox insists that Nick be taken off<br />
duty till things quiet down.
