Eural Gnutti
Eural Gnutti is European leader for the production of profiles, extruded
and drawn bars, in aluminium alloys. It has two production
sites, both near Brescia in northern Italy: it starts from the foundry
for the production of billets located at Pontevico, and continues
totheextrusionplant,wherebilletsbecomesemi-finishedproducts
for the industry, located at Rovato. Both mills occupy a total area of
400.000 m2, employ more than 400 people, and produce tens of
thousands of tons of aluminium per year, of which 70% are exported
all over the world.
80% of the semi-finished products made by Eural Gnutti are extruded
or drawn bars, round or shaped, extruded by three inverse
presses of which the largest one has a power of 5.500 t, and it is
locatedinabrandnewstate-of-the-artplantwiththelatesttechnologies.
The remaining 20% of products are profiles, extruded by
two direct presses of 1.600 and 2.800 t. The majority of profiles are
made according to our customers’ drawings. However, Eural Gnutti
owns hundreds of free tools for standard semi-finished products
forpneumaticactuators,heatsinks,oleohydraulic,structuralelements
and many more.
The alloys used for bars, both for machining or forging purposes,
are 2011, 2007, 2030, 2014, 2014A, 2017A, 2024, 6026, 6064A, 6082,
6061, 6262, 6262A, 7075. Profiles are made in 6060, 6063, 6005A,
6082, 6026, 7003 alloys.
In2016EuralGnuttialsodevelopedtherevolutionaryalloy6026LF,
Lead Free, which maintains excellent machinability, good attitude to
anodizing, to welding, to forging, even if lead and tin free, therefore
anticipating the ecological norms.
ToprovidequalityservicetoindustryisthereasonwhyEuralGnutti
has obtained in 2008 the certification ISO TS 16949, specific for the
automotive sector and required by all major cars manufacturers. Besides
that, Eural has implemented a fully automatic ultrasonic test of
billets according to class A of SAE AMS-STD 2154 norm. Eural is also
certified ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, and it is under AS 9100 aerospace
certification process.
Eural Gnutti
Eural Gnutti è leader europeo nella produzione di profilati, barre estruse
e trafilate in leghe di alluminio. Il processo produttivo si snoda su due
stabilimenti, entrambi nella provincia di Brescia: parte dalla fonderia di
Pontevico con la produzione di billette e prosegue nello stabilimento di
Rovato, dove le billette diventano semilavorati per l’industria. Gli stabilimenti,chenelcomplessosiestendonosuun’areadi400.000m2eoccupano
più di 400 persone, producono decine di migliaia di tonnellate di
alluminiol’anno,il70%dellequaliesportateintuttoilmondo.
I semilavorati realizzati da Eural Gnutti sono costituiti per l’80% da barre
estruse o trafilate, tonde o sagomate, generate da tre presse a tecnologia
inversa, di cui la maggiore da 5.500 t inserita in un impianto di nuovissima
generazione. Il restante 20% è invece composto dai profilati, estrusidaduepresseatecnologiadirettada1.600e2.800t.Lagranpartedei
profili prodotti sono sviluppati su disegno in esclusiva per i clienti. Tuttavia
Eural Gnutti è proprietaria di centinaia di attrezzature libere con cui
realizza e propone semilavorati standard per attuatori pneumatici, dissipatori
di calore, oleodinamica, elementi strutturali e molto altro ancora.
Le leghe prodotte per le barre, per torneria e/o stampaggio, sono 2011,
2007,2030,2014,2014A,2017A,2024,6026,6064A,6082,6061,6262,
6262A,7075.Periprofilatisono6060,6063,6005A,6082,6026,7003.
Nel 2016 Eural Gnutti ha sviluppato anche l’innovativa lega 6026LF Lead
Free, che mantiene le ottime caratteristiche di lavorabilità, attitudine
all’anodizzazione, alla saldatura e allo stampaggio, ma senza contenerenépiombonéstagno,anticipandoquindilenormativeinambitoecologico.
Fornire un servizio di qualità all’industria automobilistica è il motivo per
cuiEuralGnuttihaottenutonel2008lacertificazioneISOTS16949,la
normadiqualitàspecificadelsettorevolutadatuttiiprincipaliproduttori
di autovetture. Oltre a ciò, ha implementato un sistema automatico
dicontrolliaultrasuonichecertifical’assolutaintegritàdituttelebilletteprodottedallafonderiadiPontevico,secondolaclasseAdellanorma
SAE AMS-STD 2154. Inoltre possiede le certificazioni ISO 9001 e ISO
14001,edèinfasedicertificazioneAS9100necessariaperleapplicazioni
aerospaziali.
