A Positive Discussion
on the Industry 4.0 National Plan
Several entrepreneurs and stakeholders took part in the conference organized by UCIMU - Sistemi
per Produrre at the beginning of last February with the aim to clarify further the opportunities given
by the Industry 4.0 National Plan, entered into force since this year. With the target to relaunch the
Italian manufacturing industry.

sector’s companies
Entrepreneurs and managers of the Italian
manufacturing industry, joined by stakeholders
of sectors in which Industry 4.0 machines and
systems are used, as well as professionals,
researchers and counsellors, were part of the
audience of the conference titled “Industry 4.0
and Hyper-depreciation”. The speakers were
the president of UCIMU - Sistemi per Produrre
Massimo Carboniero, the general director for
Industrial policy, competitiveness and SMEs at
the Ministry of Economic Development (MISE)
Stefano Firpo and some representatives of the
companies: Paolo Massardi, partner at Roland
Berger; Roberto Ricci from Marposs Italia and
Gian Luca Giovannelli from MCM.
