in demand for Gallo Nero on the
domestic market has been a huge satisfaction
for the Consortium. With
the presentation of the Collection,
it can be said that “the year of the
wine” starts to highlight the importance
of this area in its various
aspects going from the beauty of the
landscapes to the wine-making vocation,
to its human and social aspect.
“This year’s edition, which is the
twenty-fifth,” Zingarelli concludes,
“speaks of a huge strengthening of
the designation, not only for its economic
figures but also regarding the
Members’ participation, from the
press to the workers in the sector resulting
in a historic record.” At the
Leopolda, it was possible to taste the
oils from 23 Chianti Classico DOP
producing farms.

è stata nello stesso periodo la
crescita della domanda di Gallo Nero
nel mercato interno per un 23% in
più. Con la presentazione della Collection
si può dire che inizi “l’anno
del vino” a sottolineare l’importanza
di questo territorio nei suoi molteplici
aspetti, che vanno dalla bellezza
paesaggistica alla vocazione enologica,
al suo aspetto umano e sociale.
“L’edizione di quest’anno, che è la
venticinquesima - conclude Zingarelli
- parla di un grande rafforzamento
della denominazione, non solo per i
numeri economici ma anche per la
partecipazione dei Soci, della stampa
e degli operatori di settore che hanno
segnato un record storico.” Alla
Leopolda è stato possibile anche assaggiare
in degustazione gli oli di 23
Aziende produttrici di DOP Chianti
Classico.
