EN Dear Reader,<br />
The uproar of the biggest celebrations, that have brought<br />
so many fascinating moments, anxiety, has calmed down and<br />
life seems as if has taken again its flow. Again we are living with<br />
the hope. This time we hope for the spring soon to come, when<br />
reviving nature will give new strengths for the implementation of<br />
new plans, projects, when again we will plunge into changing,<br />
planning, creating something – doing our best that the visitor<br />
having turned once would come again. Living with this hope<br />
we already open the eleventh edition (first one this year) of<br />
“Restoranø <strong>verslas</strong>” where as usually we shortly overview the<br />
latest news in catering and entertainment market, share our<br />
experience, provide suggestions and advises.<br />
As usually we provide the list of catering companies that<br />
have been opened in December-February. We introduce the<br />
most interesting ones more detaily. (page 7)<br />
We get acquainted you with novelties in food service and<br />
hotel markets (new products, adopted laws and their amendments,<br />
hotels and entertainment places). (pages 8-9, 21)<br />
The interview heading contains the opinion of the catering<br />
specialists whether the newcomers in the market should<br />

With this edition we start a new heading about coffee, where<br />
we tell about the aims and conditions for coffee tasting, discuss<br />
