Rice:<br />
20ml Oil<br />

1 Red Pepper, Chopped<br />
12,5ml Pineapple, Diced<br />
1 Green Pepper, Chopped<br />
12,5ml Chives, Chopped<br />
Method:<br />
<strong>Chicken</strong>: Season The Flour With The Spices, & Use To Coat The<br />
<strong>Chicken</strong>. Dip In Egg, Then Crumbs. Fry In Hot Oil Until Well Browned,<br />
Place In A Casserole & Bake At 180°C For 1 Hour. Serve With Hawaiian<br />
Rice. Hawaiian Rice: Heat The Oil & Fry The Rice, When Browned Add<br />
The Peppers & Fry. Add The Stock. Cover & Cook, Add More Stock If<br />
Necessary. Stir In The Pineapple & Chives.<br />
