15ml Honey<br />
1 Large Onion, Chopped<br />
15 Ml Worcestershire Sauce<br />
1 Apple, Peeled & Chopped<br />
15 Ml Apricot Jam<br />
22,5ml Curry Powder (Strong)<br />
375 Ml <strong>Chicken</strong> Stock<br />
5ml Borrie<br />
22,5 Ml Lemon Juice<br />
5ml Fine Ginger<br />
3 Medium Potatoes, Cut In Wedges<br />
Salt & Pepper To Taste<br />
Brown <strong>Chicken</strong> In Oil Until Light Brown On Both Sides. Remove From<br />
Saucepan.<br />
Brown Onion & Apple Until Soft & Transparent.<br />
Sprinkle Curry, Ginger & Borrie & Brown For 1 Min.<br />
Stir Cake Flour To This.<br />
Mix Honey, Worcestershire Sauce, Apricot Jam, <strong>Chicken</strong> Stock & Lemon<br />
Juice & Add This Gradually While Stirring Continuously.<br />
Bring To Boiling Point, Add <strong>Chicken</strong> Pieces & Cook For 30 Mins.<br />
Add Potatoes & Cook Until Potatoes Are Cooked.<br />
Add Salt & Pepper.<br />
Serve With Rice.<br />
