O projeto assinado pelo arquiteto Ginestal Machado apresenta-
se como um edifício de serviços “auto suficiente” com
caraterísticas inovadoras na área energética. Além das preocupações
no domínio da certificação energética do edifício,
foram instalados sistemas inteligentes de produção fotovoltaica
(BIPV) nas lâminas de ensombramento das fachadas. Na
cobertura do edifício foram instalados painéis de aquecimento
solar térmico de AQS e uma unidade de miniprodução de energia
elétrica de energia fotovoltaica (RTPV).
O edifício compõe-se por dois blocos divididos em dez pisos:
10.000m 2 de escritórios, 1500 m 2 de área comercial, arquivo e
estacionamento no subsolo para 380 viaturas.
The project signed by architect Ginestal Machado is presented
as a “self-sufficient” services building with innovative
characteristics in the energy area. Beyond the concerns in the
domain of the energy certification of the building, intelligent
systems of PV production have been installed (BIPV) in the
blades of façade shading. Solar panels for water heating and
a PV power plant (minigeneration, RTPV) have been installed
on the roof of the building. The building is composed of two
blocks divided in ten floors: 10.000m 2 of offices, 1500 m 2 of
commercial area, underground archive and parking for 380 cars.
