Paraná está investindo na geração de<br />
energia a partir do biogás. O Confaz<br />
(Conselho Nacional de Política Fazendária)<br />
aprovou a adesão do Estado a três<br />
convênios que possibilitam maiores investimentos no<br />
setor. Um dos convênios possibilita isenção do ICMS<br />
(Imposto sobre Circulação de Mercadorias e Serviços)<br />
e os outros permitem crédito presumido de 12% sobre<br />
o valor de aquisições internas e de 12% sobre saídas<br />
internas com biogás e biometano. Agora, a Secretaria<br />
da Fazenda e a Receita Estadual trabalham em uma<br />
minuta de um decreto detalhando as novas regras.<br />
“São medidas com potencial para alavancar negócios<br />
em energia renovável, principalmente no ambiente<br />
rural”, disse o secretário de Agricultura e do Abastecimento<br />
do Paraná, Norberto Ortigara.<br />

he State of Paraná is investing in the generation of<br />
energy from biogas. The National Council of Treasury<br />
Policy (Confaz) approved the State’s adhesion to<br />
three agreements enabling more significant Sector<br />
investments. One of the agreements allows exemption from<br />
the Goods and Services Tax (Icms), and the others allow<br />
presumed credit of 12% on the value of domestic purchases<br />
and 12% on the domestic sale of biogas and biomethane.<br />
The Treasury Department and the State Revenue Service are<br />
drafting a decree detailing the new rules. “These are measures<br />
with the potential to leverage business in renewable energy,<br />
especially in the rural environment,” says Norberto Ortigara,<br />
State Secretary of Agriculture and Supply.<br />
INCENTIVE FOR PRODUCERS<br />
The agreement 160/2023 authorizes the State to grant<br />
