FSBIPH SDMC of FMBA of Russia
is one of the largest medical
institutions of federal subordination
in the South of Russia. It
consists of seven branches located
in four subjects of the Russian
Federation: Rostov region and
Krasnodar Territory, Astrakhan Region
and the Republic of Dagestan.
We employ more than 450 doctors
(5 – Ph.D. and 35 – candidates),
2 awarded the title of Honored Doctor
of Russia, 1 – Honored Doctor of
Kalmykia, 6 – Honored Doctor of the
Republic of Dagestan, 17 are excellent
health care providers.
We serve 102,146 people (more
than 9,000 work in harmful and
hazardous working conditions,
more than 350 divers and about
15,000 water transport workers).
One of our priorities is industrial
health. The Center has ensured effective
work on the medical examination
of the crew (including the
issuance of an international
medical certificate in accordance
with the Convention ILO
2006), diving medical commissions,
as well as medical commissions
for periodic medical examinations
of employees whose work
is associated with harmful and
dangerous working conditions.
We have organized visiting periodic
medical examinations with
the help of a unique mobile medical
complex. It is equipped with
modern equipment (digital mammograph
and x-ray machine, mobile
express laboratory and equipment
for functional and ultrasound
diagnostics), as well as places for
medical specialists.
Today, FSBIPH SDMC of FMBA
of Russia has gained considerable
experience in working with industrial
enterprises, calculated for a
95-year period.
In our hospitals, primary, specialized
and high-tech medical
care is provided. More than 100
types of high-tech surgical interventions
in the following profiles
have been introduced into practice:
abdominal surgery, obstetrics
and gynecology, neurosurgery, oncology,
otorhinolaryngology, cardiovascular
surgery, traumatology
and orthopedics, endocrinology,
gastroenterology and pediatrics.
Quality is our priority. One of
the first in Russia, the Center was
awarded the title of laureate of the
Prize of the Government of the
Russian Federation in the field of
quality, and since 2004 it has
been the permanent owner of the
certificate of the quality management
system, now already GOST R
ISO 9001–2015, which ensures
the provision of medical care in
accordance with established criteria
and quality indicators.
The polyclinic of Rostov Clinical
Hospital is included in the list of 10
clinics approved by the American
Club of Clinics of Russia for conducting
periodic medical examinations
of seafarers (PEME clinics).
Throughout its activities, the
Center always provides high quality
of medical services, which has
earned great prestige in the health
authorities of the Southern and
North Caucasian federal districts,
and most importantly among many
grateful patients.
