END-TO-END FLEET SERVICING
The company LLC Kurgannefteprodukt
is a modern transshipment
complex, equipped
with all the necessary communications
for receiving, storing and
shipping of oil products for export.
The terminal is located in one of
the oldest industrial zones of the
city of Taganrog in Rostov region,
on the shore of the Taganrog Bay
of the Azov Sea, and was commissioned
in 2006.
The main activity of the organization
is transshipment of the following
products:
fuel oil M-100;
bunker fuel,
base oil;
diesel fuel.
The laboratory of the terminal
for transshipment of petroleum
products is equipped with the
most modern equipment made in
Germany, Japan and England.
Today, the main Russian partners
of the company are PAO NC
Rosneft and LLC Lukoil-Marine-
Bunker.
At the Taganrog Fuel Oil Terminal,
oil products are accepted
from tanks with a carrying capacity
of 60 tons, short-term storage
and subsequent shipment to water
transport with carrying capacity
up to 6,500 tons are carried
out. The volume of the tank fleet
for the accumulation of fuel oil is
20,000 tons. The main technical
nodes are a railway overpass, a
tank farm, a pumping station,
pipelines for the food route, and a
shipping unit. All pipelines are
heated and heat isolated. All systems
are fully automated.
In 2008, the installation of the
latest Danish air-purification
equipment on the territory of the
fuel oil terminal was completed on
the tanks for the storage of petroleum
products, reducing the emission
of harmful substances into
the atmosphere by up to 95%.
The terminal is the winner of
the II International Award Oil Terminal
2009 in the nomination Terminal
of the Year in the category of
handling capacity of not more
than 1.5 million tons per year for
the best performance indicators
of its work in the economic, environmental
and social spheres. In
March 2014, in accordance with
the order of the Federal Agency for
Maritime and River Transport, LLC
Kurgannefteprodukt was included
in the register of sea ports of the
Russian Federation and received
the status of Operator of the seaport.
The port provides year-round
navigation. It works around the
clock, has a cargo permanent multilateral
checkpoint across the
state border of the Russian Federation.

In 2016, the expansion of the
terminal capacity for the project of
the Volga Research Institute of Oil
and Gas Industry took place - the
opening of a complex for the storage
and transshipment of diesel
fuel and base oils. The volume of
the tank fleet for the accumulation
of diesel fuel is 10,000 tons. The
modernization of the enterprise
made it possible at the same time
to accept fuel oil, base oil and diesel
fuel onto tankers and to ship
up to 1.5 million tons of oil products
per year.
In 2019, according to the project
of the Privolzhskiy Scientific Research
Institute coordinated in Rostekhnadzor,
it is planned to build a
line for the production of fuel and
bunkering of vessels. The commissioning
of additional lines expanded
the range of cargoes and increased
the competitiveness of the terminal.
