SHIPBUILDING, SHIP REPAIRING, SHIPBOARD EQUIPMENT
The company OOO Veles was
established in 2011 and
specializes in the manufacture
of deck equipment.
We acquired a part of the territory
of the closed plant, made
repairs, equipped a machine
park: installed turning, milling
and drilling machines, and a year
later the enterprise started working.
Today, there are mechanical,
assembly, welding, paint shops,
warehouses. OOO Veles produces
scarce import-substituting
equipment for the Russian
fleet, which is in great demand.
For seven years, the fame of OOO
Veles reached Kaliningrad and
Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Irkutsk
and Khanty-Mansiysk.
Equipment made by craftsmen
from the mines is shipped to the
ports of Sakhalin, Kamchatka,
the Black and Azov Seas, and the
northern seas of Russia. Orders
for popular products come from
a dozen cities in Russia. The difficulty
lies in the fact that every
order, every detail is individual.
Veles specialists make working
drawings and make parts for
them. That is, the process is
«from zero.» Fully assembled
units are sent to the customer.
Shipped nodes without any «fit»
can be installed on ships. Knots
and details are delivered both on
new vessels, and on repaired.
products, according to customers,
are of high quality, and delivery
times are specified in the
contract.
In Soviet times, similar units
and parts were manufactured at
the Kherson shipyard. With its
closure, this product became
acutely in short supply. Part of the
range we began to produce on
Veles. The company plans not
only to increase the number, but
also to expand the range. Customers
had time to note not only
punctuality of deliveries and high
quality of products, but also strict
compliance with all the terms of
the contract.
To customers of Rostov region
units and parts are delivered by
their own transport. Outside the
region, shipment is carried out in
agreement with the customer.
OOO Veles refers to small
businesses, there are fifteen people
employed here. All of them are
highly professional specialists.
Veles has a river register certificate,
and its welders have a river
register certificate. Further entry
into the maritime register is considered.
The management of the company
has a promising business
plan for the further development
of production. So, if today forms
for casting are ordered in Kiev Institute
of Casting, laboratory research
is held in Rostov on Rostselmash,
then in the future all
this will be adjusted at our own
facilities. The primary task is
building of own substation for
power supply. Already, power is
enjoy almost at the limit. But
there is obviously not enough for
so necessary thermal furnaces.
But you need to install other
equipment. Veles LLC is actively
developing, developing new technologies
and increasing the
range of its products.
Veles LLC offers: covers of
ship’s similar hatches, VGN ventilating
covers rectangular, frictional
anchor stoppers, ventilation
air pipe heads, wing nuts,
hinged bolts, viewing pipeline
lights, various spare parts and
components, fixings and recoil of
the root end of the chain; Bogdanov
DU-65 fire brigade heads;
ship light covers.
Are being carried out at the
Kiev Institute of Casting, laboratory
tests are carried out in Rostov
at Rostselmash, then in the
long run all this will be arranged
in our home. The primary task is
to build our own electric power
substation. Already, power is
used almost at the limit. But
