Sallad med blomkål och apelsin pudrad<br />

med svart te, därtill brödchips<br />

Ingredienser till 4 personer<br />

300 g blomkål, 3 apelsiner, 12 brödskivor, 50 g blandad bladsallad,<br />

20 g svart te, 50 g nativ olivolja extra, maldonsalt<br />

Tillagning<br />

Putsa blomkålen och hyvla den mycket tunt. Skala apelsinerna noggrant,<br />

skär i små bitar, men fånga upp saften. Skär brödskivorna till chips<br />

och rosta dem i ugnen tills de blir gyllenbruna. Blanda blomkålen<br />

med apelsinbitar, bladsallad, olja, maldonsalt och apelsinsaft.<br />

Servera med brödchipsen och pudra med pulveriserat svart te.
