While talking about the history of yarn, we
mentioned the developments in yarn production
systems and machines as in every
field. PC-controlled machines have taken their place
in yarn production as well as in every field.
It can be produced in a more uniform structure,
homogeneously and with minimum error. It is very
easy to adapt to the machines in which the yarn is
used. In addition to machines in yarn production, the
main developments are experienced in raw material
production processes.
Control or improvement in natural fibers can be done
in the physical production part. In synthetic fibers,
with the improvements in their chemical structures,
strength, elasticity, tensile, etc. properties have become
much easier to control than before, without the
need for additional processes.
Adding properties such as water repellency, fire
retardancy, antistatic to the yarns produced in the last
period, It has made it very easy to add features to the
products such as work safety, outdoor, home textile,
defense industry sectors. The developments in automotive,
furniture, bedding, packaging, fabric, sponge,

leather and yarns have provided many advantages to
the manufacturers.
Apart from these, with the development of dye and
chemical additives, the colored yarns have some
different properties. In summary there is always a new
development in yarn production technologies as in all
areas of life.
