Profile HOW DID YOU DECIDE ON THE PRODUCTION OF MATTRESS COVER? WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES TO WORK WITH YOU? We all know that production conditions have changed in many countries. Logistics and supply are now much more important than the production phases. We do not want our customers to waste time with product design and R&D and innovation processes. Therefore, we started to manufacture sewn products because we know we will provide the best service. Let our consumers focus only on their earnings and have a happy sales experience. This is what matters to us. Our business partners supply ready-made covers and meet their fabric stock needs. We offer our customers many alternatives in design. Thus, our consumers only need to decide. They don’t need to worry about anything else. We enable our customers to get rid of labor and many machinery investments too. We want our customers to feel comfortable and recommend that they leave the sewn phases to us. And last point and the most important point is that our customers will know the cost of each sewn. On their own production they might lose some points sometimes. You know producing a mattress is not a simple thing. They will have too many inputs. Crunching the numbers is a big deal sometimes. With our products it will be much easier to follow costs. AS WE ALL KNOW PRODUCING THESE TYPE OF PRODUCTS IS REALLY A TOUGH JOB. HOW DO YOU CONTROL YOUR QUALITY? CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME MORE ABOUT YOUR QUALITY CONTROL PROCESSES? produce a cover. A zippered cover is a lot more detailed to produce than a regular mattress. We have our checklist for each customer. Nothing standard in our facility about quality control. We also issue a inspection report before loading. So, the customers will know what they will have. We think this will makes our customer happy. HOW DO YOU SUPPLY RAW MATERIALS? We act according to the wishes of our customers in terms of raw materials as in every other subject. Wherever our customers direct us, we move in that direction. Therefore, our raw material supply depends on our customer. Therefore, whatever our customer wants, we are there. WHERE DO YOU EXPORT AND MAY I KNOW YOUR PLAN FOR 2022? As Night Comfort Bedding Turkey, we are still a very new company. We started our journey in the sector with the target of 100% Export. Although we are a new company, we have now fully achieved our target. We are very happy about this situation and we managed to satisfy our customers in a short time. Our exports continue to European countries such as Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands, especially United Kingdom and North America. In 2022, we aim to further expand these export channels. We continue our work with great enthusiasm. Therefore, we think that we will easily reach our export target. MAY I ASK YOU, WHY NIGHT COMFORT BEDDING? First of all, we guarantee our partners with that they will get what they have asked, on time. We cannot offer like “we are providing cheaper prices” but we can guarantee them we are providing best solution. We have wide design range; shortly our design limited with our customer imagination. We also have FR solution too; we have many ways to approach it. We give our customers some new ideas and help them develop great-looking covers. That’s one of our advantages. We also have invested our machine lines to provide better things to our customers. We are able to produce high volume quilting rolls, making flat and roll pack packaging, thanks to new technology machine lines. FINALLY, WHAT ARE YOUR BIGGEST GOALS IN THE INDUSTRY? We, as Night Comfort Bedding, have a very serious experience in production. We know export very well. Therefore, when our business partners work with us, we guarantee our export experience and quality. We offer our customers the most accurate product at the best price. They have no doubts about it. In addition, we are always in contact with our customers due to the products we produce. We have a transparent and meticulous working method. Our goal is to continue our production under these conditions. Our biggest goal is to offer the right product and the best price.
