of compulsory service period, will be evaluated as a
violation of patient rights.
“Tobacco products must enter the closed cabinets”
In the proposal, the following opinions on the
items related to “tobacco control” are given:
“We believe that the provisions contained
in the draft law saying that tobacco
products should be sold in a plain
package are pertinent, but
deficient. For this reason, we
would like to revise this
regulation in the form
of its first version of
the bill, in which
the tobacco
products are
offered both
in the plain
packages and
in the closed
cabinets
within the
enterprise.”
“The rights
of health
workers must
be protected”
“With the
existing
situation of
protocol which
arranges
the collaboration of Turkey Public Hospitals Authority
affiliated hospitals and medical schools, the
abolishment of the rights of the faculty members who
are intended to conduct education and research firstly
in the medical faculties, related provisions must be
removed from the draft accordingly at all”
Following statements were given in the defending
statement;
“We invite the TGNA to make contact with the
professional and scientific organizations of
the physicians and health workers about these
aforementioned arrangements and to shape together a
process that protects the rights of physicians and health
workers and protects the public interest together.”

satılmasını öngören hükümlerin
yerinde olduğunu, ancak eksiklikle
malul olduğunu düşünmekteyiz.
Bu nedenle söz konusu
düzenlemenin, tasarının
ilk halinde yer
aldığı gibi, tütün
ürünlerinin
hem düz
(yalın)
paket hem
de işletme
içerisindeki
kapalı
dolaplarda
satışa
sunulması
biçiminde
revize
edilmesini
istiyoruz.”
“Sağlık
çalışanlarının
hakları
korunmalı”
Türkiye Kamu Hastaneleri Kurumuna bağlı hastaneler
ile tıp fakültelerinin ortak faaliyet göstermesini
düzenleyen protokolünün mevcut haliyle tıp
fakültelerinde öncelikle eğitim ve araştırma yapması
hedeflenen öğretim üyelerinin haklarını ortadan
kaldıracağı için söz konusu hükümlerin taslaktan
çıkarılması gerektiği savunulan açıklamada, “TBMM’yi
söz konusu düzenlemeler hakkında, hekim ve sağlık
çalışanlarının mesleki ve bilimsel örgütleriyle temasa
geçmesini ve bu çerçevede hasta haklarına sahip çıkan,
hekim ve sağlık çalışanlarının haklarını koruyan ve
kamu yararını gözeten bir süreci birlikte şekillendirmeye
davet ediyoruz.” ifadelerine yer verildi.
