Introducing of the Citizen Act is the
first step toward establishing of the
Hindu Rashtra. By introduction of this
Act they have established that they run
the roost in India and the rest are
minorities. It seems Citizen Act is also
applicable on the Adhi-vasis.
Is this Citizen Act, going to be of any
benefit for the Adhi-vasis who have
been victimised since the Aryan arrival
in India? The BJP success following
election has put them in a very strong
position and now they can put their
ideas to work held behind since our
Independence.
The History of India commenced
about seven thousand years ago through
the Aryan arrival in India. The Aryans
classed themselves as the Sawaran Lok
(superior beings) and the rest as the
Ashoot meaning the Untouchables.
These two names were used to begin
with.
Who are these Untouchables? Are
the Valmikians only Untouchables in
India? The OBC, the S/C, the S/T and
the Dalit are new additions but what
were they prior to these names? It does
prove that the Ashoots are the true
inhabitants. They were divided into
many castes but their origin still
remains as an Adhi-vasi.
The structure of Brahma was introduced
into the system to cause division
within the society. Brahma Ji never
produced the four varna from his head,
biceps, stomach and thighs as claimed
by the Brahmins. To know about
Brahma Ji one has to read the Valmiki
Ramyanas and the reasons to their origin,
only then one can understand who
actually Brahma Ji was. A Valmikian
researcher Pandit Bakshi Ram has done
thorough research into this.
Today very disturbing opinions are
floating around and from them it seems
India is not going to be a safe place to
live. They are, that now we have a very
powerful Government and the languages
that are not liked should be
replaced by Hindi. The Hindu Dharama
should be introduced into those areas.
Introducing of Hindi all over India is

on the Government’s agenda and Mr.
Amit shah has already mentioned about
it a few weeks ago. So it seems the
states those want to keep their ancient
language, tradition and identity, will
have to fight for them to remain.
Establishing of the Hindu Rashtra is
the main motive of this BJP
Government and to do that it is essential
for them to introduce Manusmirity in
New Delhi : The Jawaharlal Nehru
University (JNU) on Wednesday witnessed
protests over the alleged police
brutality against students of the Jamia
Millia Islamia and Aligarh Muslim
University protesting against the controversial
Citizenship Amendment Act
(CAA) and the National Register of
Citizens (NRC). The students took out a
'Masaal Juloos' on the varsity campus
and raised slogans against the Narendra
Modi-led Central government over the
CAA and the NRC. The protest march
was also attended by former JNUSU
President and CPI leader Kanhaiya
Kumar. Students holding torches raised
slogans like "Hai Jaan Se Pyaara
Hindustan, Pyaara Pyaara Hindustan,
Zindadil hai Hindustan, Protest Karega
Hindustan, Nahi Jhukega Hindustan,
Arey Gandhi Waala Hindustan... (India
will not cow down, India will protest,
India of Mahatma Gandhi will
protest...)" The protest was also attended
by student leaders like Umar Khalid
of United Against Hate (UAH), and
Maksoor Usmani and Ahmad Mujtaba
from the AMU. Addressing the crowd,
Usmani said: "It is the large crowd that
I expected. I want to tell you that I am
an Indian Muslim and I speak this with
pride." Referring to the police actions
on the students at the Jamia and AMU,
Usmani said: "The way in which students
were lathi charged by the police, I
who was a doctor has started studying
law." Usmani also told the crowd about
Article 10, 14,15,21 and NRC and
CAA. "This fight is to save the
Constitution," Usmani added.
He also asserted that the government
was acting as the students were at border
because the voice which Jamia, JNU
and AMU raise shakes this government.
Talking about the police actions on the
AMU students, Usmani said "a student
lost his hand due to the police brutality
in AMU". He also dared Home Minister
Amit Shah and said that the Muslims
place of the Indian Constitution because
it hands back control in the hands of the
Brahamin Organisations.
If Manusmirity finds it’s way into the
Indian Parliament then it is quite obvious
that likes of Asaa Ram who are
behind the bars will be let loose because
Munusmirity fully authorises the religious
Gurus to do whatever needed to
demoralise and degrade the Aadivaasi
and citizens of India are not fearing anyone,
and "you fear it and because of this
you cancelled your recent trip to the
northeastern states."
JNUSU Vice President Saket Moon
said: "You cannot elect another people,
the people can dissolve you and elect
another leader. Moon also asserted that
the CAA brought by the BJP government
is a fraud and "we should not fear
this". Slamming the Delhi Police for
beating the Jamia students, he said:
"Police enter hostel and then say we
don't know who shot them. Will students
shoot them self?" Addressing the
population. According to Manu-code,
the Adhi-vasi bride has to spend three
days with the Brahmin Pandit of the village
prior to her joining with her husband.
Manusmirity contains such horrendous
inhuman laws. Is this what
BJP Government wants to bring back?
The Adhi-vasis in their own motherland
are landless because of the
Manusmirity laws. Now, stories such
students, Khalid hailed
the students for raising
the voice against NRC
and the CAA.
Slamming the BJP
government, he said:
"In May 2014,
Narendra Modi took
oath as Prime
Minister, but we shall
remember that in 2003
on the same day a
Gujarat High Court
judgment came where
Muslims were convicted."
He also referred
to clash with the government
three years
ago and said, "When
in 2016, they came against JNU and us,
we fought against them and will keep
fighting against them in 2019 and later."
"They wanted to make the whole society
against the JNU and its students by
spreading wrong words about it," he
said. He said the police action on students
across the country has bridged the
gap between the University and the
society. He also said that the government
can do anything but students will
fight against all its false narrative and
wrongdoings. He also congratulated the
JNU Students Union for fighting against
the Vice Chancellor of the varsity and

as, that the Adhi-vasis were brought
here as the servants are being invented.
New name Van-vasi is being given to
them to cause confusion in the system.
Under this confusion they intend to
introduce Manusmirity but the world is
well aware that the true inhabitants of
India are indeed the Adhi-vasis and are
still being preyed upon since many centuries.
The lady MPs in the Government
have failed to raise voice in the
Parliament for the women all around in
India who are living in fear of falling
prey to the gang rapes. The gang rapes
are happening on daily basis in India.
Mr. Modi on start of his term as the
Prime-Minister assured that he was
deeply concerned about rapes in India.
Five years have passed, rapes have
increased and nothing has been done
because some of the offenders are
Government officials.
So the lady MPs in the Parliament
have kept quiet about it. Mr. Rahul
Gandhi included a few words about rape
in India in his speech. This has indeed
upset the honourable lady MPs in power
and they have demanded that Mr. Rahul
Gandhi must apologise to all the
women in India. He only repeated the
words of Mr. Modi which he said five
years ago because nothing has been
done about it yet.
Rape in India is at large and accordingly
the families all over India are worried
because they do not know when
their daughters, sisters, mothers and
even grandmothers are going to fall
prey to these offenders. They are present
in Police, they are present in the
Government services, infect, they are
present everywhere because there is no
deterrent. I think the BJP Government
instead of seeking an apology from Mr.
Rahul Gandhi, they should assure the
public that immediate action will be
taken to safeguard women in India. The
women in India need help but they do
not know who to turn to because the
offenders are all around.

JNU students hold protests over police action in Jamia, AMU
said: "Earlier they wanted to shut JNU
and now they want to make it a
WhatsApp university."
Speaking about NRC, he said, "They
want to bring NRC on the hard earned
money taxpayers throw the citizens out
of the country." He said: "If NRC is
implemented in the whole nation, crores
of rupees will go in making people
stand in queues to prove their citizenship."
Khalid thanked Bhim Rao
Ambedkar for writing an equal and secular
Constitution. "It's important to
remember him and other freedom fighters
as the Constitutional integrity is in
danger. The promise which was made to
the Muslims of India at the time of partition,
is it really being fulfilled?"
Khalid asked. "Let's boycott this
(NRC), no one should go and deposit
their documents," Khalid appealed. The
students were protesting against the
alleged police brutality against students
at the Jamia Millia Islamia and Aligarh
Muslim University on Sunday.
The protest by Jamia students took a
violent turn after many protesters
torched several buses in the national
capital. Following the violence, Delhi
Police resorted to lathi charge and also
fired tear gas shells inside the Jamia
library in which several students were
injured. The students are demanding the
roll back of the CAA and the NRC.
