Abstapeln der Bleche mittels eines Blankdestackers
BDS-2 basierend auf einem Standard
Güdelmodul der Baureihe ZP4. Der
Stapelwechsel erfolgt automatisch ohne Produktionsunterbruch.
Der Teiletransport durch die Umformpressen
wurde mit einem GÜDEL 2D-Transfer Typ
WB-1/SLP mit einem extrem grossen Vorschubweg
von 2800 mm realisiert.

hydrauliques et dépose sur un convoyeur cadencé.
Transfert des pièces entre les presses sans posage,
l’entraxe inter presses étant de 2 800 mm. Evacuation
des chutes s’effectue entre les presses 3 et 4.

Dépilage des tôles au moyen d'un dépileur BDS-2
réalisé sur la base d’un module standard GÜDEL
de la série ZP4. Le traitement des piles s'effectue
en mode automatique sans interruption de la
production.
Le transport des pièces à travers les presses de
formage a été réalisé avec un système de transfert
GÜDEL 2D de type WB-1/SLP caractérisé par un
pas extrêmement grand atteignant 2 800 mm.

of parts through four hydraulically activated forming
presses and placing them on a conveyor belt.
Transferring parts from press to press without
intermediate storage at a distance between the
centers of the presses of 2800 mm. Waste is discarded

Destacking blanks with a BDS-2 blank destacker
based on a standard GÜDEL module of the ZP4
series. Stacking changeover is performed automatically
without interrupting production.
Parts transportation through the forming presses
is implemented with a GÜDEL 2D-Transfer,
type WB-1/SLP with an extremely large travel of
2800 mm.
