Herstellung von Strukturpressteilen auf einer
1500 to Presse mit 6100mmx2400mm Tischfläche
und beschränktem seitlichen Durchgang

lösung
Die Bleche werden von einem der zwei Platinenwagen
aufgenommen und mittels eines
Hochgeschwindigkeits- Feeders in die erste
Station befördert. Aufgrund der zur Verfügung
stehenden Durchlassweite zwischen den
Pressensäulen konnte zum nachfolgenden Teiletransport
durch die Presse kein herkömmlicher
3-Achsen Transfer eingesetzt werden.
Für solche Anwendungen ist der vollprogrammierbare
GÜDEL 3-Achsen-Servotransfersystem
gullWing GW-342mit einem Verfahrweg
von 1200 mm in Arbeitsrichtung besonders
geeignet. Dank Anbau auf der Pressenaussenseite
ist eine optimale Ausnutzung der
vorhandenen Tischbereite möglich. Zusätzlich
lieferte GÜDEL einen schlüsselfertigen Satz
von Greifern einschließlich Programmierung
und Inbetriebnahme.

Les tôles sont mises en place dans l’un des containeur
et transportées jusqu'à la première station
au moyen d'un système d'alimentation à grande
vitesse. La faible ouverture entre les montants
de presse a rendu impossible l'utilisation d'un système
de transfert 3D standard pour le transfert
des pièces à travers la presse. Le système de servo
transfert GÜDEL 3 axes gullWing GW-342 ayant
une course de 1 200 mm dans l’axe de travail est
particulièrement adaptée à ce type d'application.
Grâce au montage sur la face extérieure de la
presse, la largeur de la table peut être exploitée
de façon optimale. En plus, GÜDEL fourni une
prestation clé en main incluant la programmation
et la mise en service.

The blanks are loaded on one of the two blank
carts and transferred with a high speed shuttle to
the first station. Due to the limited window opening
between the press columns, no conventional
3-axis transfer could be used for parts transfer.
For this type of application, the fully programmable
GÜDEL 3-axis-servo transfer system gullWing
GW-342 with a pitch axis of 1200 mm in operating
direction is very well suited. It can be mounted
on the outside of the press, making optimal usage
of the existing bolster width possible. In addition,
GÜDEL delivers a turnkey set of tools, including
programming and commissioning.
