Misserfolgsfaktoren sind Hygienefaktoren
Jovial beschreibt Cooper (1999, S. 119) sieben „Blockaden“,
Misserfolgsgründe von Innovationsprojekten aus Mitarbeiter-Perspektive:
1) Ignorance: We don’t know what should be done
2) Lack of Skills: We don’t know how to do it and/or we underestimate what’s
involved
3) A Faulty or Misapplied new product Process
4) Too Confident: We already know the answers
5) A Lack of Discipline: No leadership
6) In just Too Big a Hurry
7) Too Many Projects and Not Enough Resources: A lack of money and
people to do the job
Die Vermeidung solcher Misserfolgsgründe führt nicht unbedingt zum Erfolg,
sie ist nur eine notwendige, nicht hinreichende Erfolgsvoraussetzung.
