Schritt. Tim Berners-Lee schrieb 1980 das<br />
Vorläuferprogramm vom WorldWideWeb (1990). 1984<br />
gab es 1000 Teilnehmer des Internets, mittlerweile (nach<br />
25 Jahren) sind es weit über eine Milliarde Nutzer. Ein<br />
Militärprojekt des Kalten Krieges, DEW (Defence Early<br />
Warning) wurde ein globales Friedensmedium der Kommunikation<br />
DOCS (Defense Of Civil Society).<br />
2. Kalte Kunst und Kreativität<br />
Die Fotografie hat die Malerei im Wettstreit um die perfekte<br />
Repräsentation zur Abstraktion gezwungen. Die<br />
Malerei des 20. Jahrhunderts steht unter dem Paradigma<br />
der Fotografie. Berühmte Maler wie Warhol, Richter, Bacon<br />
malen bekanntlich nach Fotografien. Die Fotografiemaschine,<br />
der Fotoapparat, hat der Malerei das Monopol<br />
der Bilderzeugung weggenommen. Vorher konnten nur<br />
Bildexperten wie die Maler Porträts herstellen. Mit dem<br />
Auftauchen der Fotografie konnte jeder ein Porträt anfertigen.<br />
Jeder konnte alles fotografieren. Die Welt wur-<br />
Wide Web (1990). In 1984 there were 1000 participants<br />
in the internet; now, after 25 years, there are over a billion<br />
worldwide. A military project of the cold war, the<br />
Defence Early Warning (DEW) became a global peace<br />
medium of communication for the Defence of Civil Society<br />
(DOCS).<br />
2. Cold War Art and Creativity<br />
In the battle over prefect representation, photography<br />
forced painting into the field of abstraction. Twentieth<br />
century painting stands in the paradigm of photography.<br />
Famous painters such as Warhol, Richter and Bacon are<br />
known for their paintings that follow photography. The<br />
photographic machine, the camera, has taken over painting’s<br />
monopoly on the production of images. Earlier, only<br />
picture experts like the painters were able to produce<br />
portraits. With the rise of photography anyone could<br />
create a portrait. Anyone could photography anything.<br />
The world became a postcard. The painters and their<br />
assistants, the art historians, ruthlessly defended their<br />
