Mobilien-<strong>Leasing</strong><br />
Mit einem Neugeschäftsvolumen von € 390,8 Mio. erreichte die <strong>Raiffeisen</strong>-<strong>Leasing</strong><br />
im Bereich Mobilien-<strong>Leasing</strong> 2005 einen absoluten Höchstwert,<br />
was einer Steigerung von 14 % gegenüber dem Vorjahr entspricht.<br />
Die Anzahl der Neuverträge liegt mit 2.256 Stück (2004: 2.290 Stück) auf<br />
ähnlich hohem Niveau wie im Vorjahr.<br />
Der Volumenszuwachs resultiert aus vermehrten Abschlüssen mit<br />
Großkunden und KMU sowie aus den Vertriebswegen Absatzkooperationen<br />
(International Vendor Finance) mit einer Aufbringung von 14 % und<br />
durch <strong>Raiffeisen</strong>banken mit einer Aufbringung von 19 %.<br />
Wie im gesamten Mobilien-<strong>Leasing</strong> hat die <strong>Raiffeisen</strong>-<strong>Leasing</strong> auch<br />
im Bereich Flugzeugleasing die Marktführerschaft erzielt. Mit einem<br />
Marktanteil von 38 % hat <strong>Raiffeisen</strong>-<strong>Leasing</strong> somit eine fast doppelt so<br />
große Bedeutung in diesem Segment wie der nächstgrößere Anbieter.<br />
Die Strategie in der Luftfahrzeugfinanzierung zielt insbesondere auf<br />
Business-Jets der gängigen Hersteller (Cessna, Bombardier/Learjet,<br />
Gulfstream, Dassaullt, Raytheon) und in zweiter Linie auf die Finanzierung<br />
von Helikoptern und Turbopropflugzeugen ab. Das erfolgreiche<br />
Marktwachstum im Segment der Business-Jets mit einer Steigerung<br />
von 26,9 % hat sich auch bereits im Transaktionsvolumen der<br />
<strong>Raiffeisen</strong>-<strong>Leasing</strong> gezeigt.<br />
Mit 19,8 % Marktanteil (2004: 18,2 %) – gemessen am Inlandsumsatz –<br />
ist die <strong>Raiffeisen</strong>-<strong>Leasing</strong> in der Sparte Mobilien-<strong>Leasing</strong> Marktführer.<br />

In 2005, <strong>Raiffeisen</strong>-<strong>Leasing</strong> achieved<br />
an all-time high in the sector equipment<br />
leasing with a new business volume<br />
of € 390.8m (up 14 % on 2004) and<br />
a total of 2,256 contracts concluded<br />
(2004: 2,290).<br />
This growth resulted an increased<br />
number of contracts with corporates<br />
and SMEs. Contracts concluded via<br />
vendor partners (international vendor<br />
finance) and the <strong>Raiffeisen</strong> banks<br />
contributed 14 % and 19 % of new<br />
business volumes respectively.<br />
<strong>Raiffeisen</strong>-<strong>Leasing</strong> is not only market<br />
leader in terms of movable assets. With<br />
a share of 38 %, <strong>Raiffeisen</strong>-<strong>Leasing</strong><br />
ranks first in the aircraft leasing market<br />
and is almost twice as strong as the<br />
next biggest provider in this segment.<br />
<strong>Raiffeisen</strong>-<strong>Leasing</strong>’s primary strategy<br />
aims at financing business jets of established<br />
manufacturers, and secondly<br />
at financing helicopters and turboprop<br />
aircraft. The successful growth in the<br />
business jets segment (+26.9 %) has<br />
already made its mark on the transaction<br />
volumes of <strong>Raiffeisen</strong>-<strong>Leasing</strong>.<br />
With a market share of 19.8 % based<br />
on Austrian transaction volumes (2004:<br />
18.2 %), <strong>Raiffeisen</strong>-<strong>Leasing</strong> is market<br />
leader in the equipment sector.<br />
