Eric Ko trained as a graphic designer
for two years, but animation
has become a personal endeavour;
he graduated from the Fashion
Institute of Technology in 2011 with an Associates
Degree in Communication Design; currently
studying at the Rhode Island School of Design
for a BA in film/animation/video

Jeden Mittwoch geht der achtjährige Kris
zusammen mit dem 28-jährigen Willem ins
Schwimmbad. Sie schwimmen, rutschen
gemeinsam und essen Pommes. Gerade als
Kris dachte, dies sei ein weiterer vergnüglicher
Mittwoch gewesen, konfrontiert Willem ihn mit
einem beängstigenden Anliegen.
Every Wednesday, eight-year-old Kris accompanies
28-year-old Willem to the swimming pool.
They swim, go down the slide and eat fries. Just
when Kris thought that this was a usual funfilled
Wednesday, Willem confronts him with a
frightening request.
Aaron Rookus born 1983 graduated
in 2008 as a European Master of
Media and Arts; his graduation film
“I Wish I Could Share the Happiness
of Being Alone with Someone Else” won several
awards; in 2010 he was selected for the Engage
programme for feature film development

An unlikely encounter between a strange bird
who lives in deep water and Lena, a little urban
girl.
Sophie Roze was born in 1979; after
studying history and art history, she
decided to get into animation and
entered the La Poudrière Animation
School in Valence, France, in 2004; since
then she has worked on institutional films and
co-directed the pilot of the series “Ariol” in 2006;
