Anna fühlt sich wie eine Außerirdische: Ständig
wird sie rot. So versucht sie, Situationen, in
denen sie ihre Gesichtsfarbe wechselt, zu
vermeiden. Als sie jedoch eines Nachts Paulina
kennenlernt, lassen sich altbewährte Vermeidungsstrategien
nicht mehr aufrechterhalten.
23-year-old Anna feels like an alien: She blushes
all the time and suffers a lot from this. So she
tries to avoid situations in which she changes
colour. However when she meets Paulina one
night, she cannot maintain her avoidance strategies
anymore.
Lynn Kossler is currently a
postgraduate student at the
Academy of Media Arts Cologne;
before that she studied history of
art and media studies in Cologne
and Berlin; she has worked in London, Berlin,
Munich and Cologne on various film sets, as a
museum educator and as a DJ

„Heldenkanzler“ basiert auf der wahren Geschichte
von Engelbert Dollfuß, der in den 30er
Jahren in Österreich den austrofaschistischen
Ständestaat gründete. Der berühmte österreichische
Schauspieler Erwin Leder Philipp
Hochhauser und Benjamin Swiczinsky verleihen
dem Film ihre Stimmen.
“Heldenkanzler” is based on the true story of
Engelbert Dollfuß who tried to enforce his fascist
dictatorship in Austria in the 1930s. The film
features the voices of the famous Austrian actors
Erwin Leder (“Das Boot”, “Underworld”, “Angst”),
Philipp Hochhauser and Benjamin Swiczinsky
himself.
Benjamin Swiczinsky born
1982 in Korneuburg; 2006 to 2011
studied animation at the Film
Academy Baden-Württemberg;
worked as a TV editor in Vienna
and is active in animation since 1995; his last
film “Only Human” won prizes at the Animafest
Zagreb and the Kurzundschön festival, Cologne

Kroatien, 1992. Ein serbischer und ein kroatischer
Soldat begegnen sich in den Bergen und
wollen sich sofort gegenseitig töten. Doch beide
sind gleichzeitig auf eine Mine getreten. Mit je
einem Bein im Grab werden sie zu einer Schicksalsgemeinschaft
- der Tod des einen bedeutet
den Tod des anderen.
Croatia, 1992. A Croatian and a Serbian marksman
try to shoot each other, but realise that they
have stepped on a landmine at the same time.
They are now involuntarily bound together – the
death of one means the death of the other.
Mickey Nedimovic took acting
classes at the Neighborhood
Playhouse School of the Theatre,
New York; 2010 made his directorial
debut with the short movie
“Neiiiiiin” which took part in the First Steps
competition and was also shown at festivals in
Saarbrücken, Berlin and Tokyo
